Found pubes stuck to the shower curtain and the front staff left me outside for 10 minutes. I rung the doorbell, spoke to the front staff and they mumbled something and left me standing outside for 10 minutes. I finally rung again and they finally came out to let me in for a late night check in.

Be forewarned!!

The staff were all great, the place was rundown and had a lot of shady characters around the property here and there. Would be great if they charged "budget" motel prices, but definitely not worth the money, you can find much better for the same price elsewhere.

This hotel was definitely not worth it's price tag. The rooms were very basic without any amenities provided. No shampoo or conditioner and I had to ask for a hairdryer at the front desk daily. The beds were squeaky and the sheets were questionably clean. The bathroom light wouldn't turn off. The breakfast consisted of dried oatmeal packets and since the hot water machine was broken, the only way to make oatmeal was to add cold water and put your paper cup (yes a cup because they had no bowls) in the microwave. There was a creepy man who stood outside my first floor window for 40 minutes and when I asked if I could move to a higher floor because I didn't feel safe, the staff told me they could not accommodate that request. The gym consists of 3 machines in a room the size of a closet and there is no pool. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here.

Bed was only uncomfortable part of the stay. It was very uncomfortable.

The property is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. My room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Samantha, the general manager, was incredibly kind and does an outstanding job managing the property. I will certainly choose to stay here again during my future visits to Southern California. There was nothing at all I didn’t like about my stay.

Unfortunately, the only room available was a handicap room. It was not what I expected. It wasn’t until I checked out that it was explained to me that there was nothing else available. I was very disappointed with the room. It had a crack that had been patched up in the shower. However, the staff were very nice and helpful. I did feel safe in my room.

Cons: No coffee in room or lobby, facility upkeep lacking (smoke smell in stairs & hallway, stains in carpet, trash around property), stains on sheets, bathroom looked unclean, front desk staff unable to provide kitchen items listed on placard in kitchen, men lingering outside drinking beer by their truck (instead of in their room). I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re a contractor or construction worker needing a place to stay away from home short term for a job.

A grab bar in shower would be safer.

The area was decent and close to shops. No amenities (blow dryer, cleaning service, etc.)
-
It was clean in the room, nice cleaning ladies. Hole in the tub, uncomfortable bed
-
Clean room plenty of parking only problem is trash cans in the hallway
-
Unfortunately, the experience was very uncomfortable. There was excessive noise throughout, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, it was not a good experience and did not meet my expectations.
