We felt that the night staff was terrible. When we tried to check out she was not at the desk and it took a long time to try to get ahold of her. We noticed other people staying saying and commenting the same thing. When we got ahold of her she rudely told us to place our key cards at the desk and hung up. We later called to make sure she had checked out us but the day staffember stated that she didn't. Other than that the stay was okay, but unfortunately we don't think we will consider staying there again

The staff was nice. But we stayed for 2 nights for $600 -- the complimentary breakfast was either instant oatmeal or small plastic-wrapped muffins and coffee. You had to ask for just about everything -- shampoo, dishes, coffee pot -- all kitchen stuff. And I had to get staff to help open the door. And no cleaning service after the first night. Not a good deal for the price.

4th floor smelled like feet. Elevator smelled like feet. They don’t clean your room every few days.

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed trash left around the property, dirty floors throughout the common areas, and a strong odor in the hallways that reminded me of an animal shelter. Unfortunately, my room was no better. There were small pieces of food left behind, stains on multiple surfaces, scum on the bathtub fixtures, stains on the bathroom counter, and visible dust and debris in the corners. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. Normally, I would have left and found another hotel. However, I had only about an hour before I needed to leave for an important event, so I had no practical choice but to stay the night. The following morning, I went downstairs for the advertised complimentary breakfast, only to find the refrigerator completely empty. The only items available were individually wrapped muffins and coffee, which was disappointing. I reported my concerns to the hotel manager. While I was refunded for the unused second night after checking out early, I was disappointed that I was still charged for the first night despite the unacceptable condition of the property and my room. I have photos documenting everything I described. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this location again nor an extended stay America.

I will never stay here again. First thing we saw when we get out of the elevator is a trash can over flowing with trash and smelled terrible, we get to our room and right outside of our room is a bag full of dirty towels and bed sheets i’m assuming it was from when the room was cleaned before we got there. The hallways were so dirty like they’ve never vacuumed before. Our smelled so bad, pillows were dirty. The towels in the bathroom were all dirty or stained had to get new towels everyday that we stayed. No shampoo in the bathroom I had to go to reception to get some because our phone in the room didn’t work. Our beds made so much noise, the curtain had holes so all the light would come in waking us up. I know It sounds like i’m joking but I wish I was. This is the worse place we’ve stayed in our lives. Not to mention how expensive it was, and to add a cherry on top it didn’t have a pool.

Nice, clean rooms. Strange, almost burnt smell permeated the hallway on third floor. Paltry, sad breakfast selection.

Paying close to $400 just for this 1 horrible night !
-
The room overall was nice and spacious and clean only negative about the property was the shower. It needs maintenance and updating.
-
Extremely thin walls, we could hear the movie that is playing next room over ALL night. The accessible room has a fold out futon equivalent for a bed, thin mattress. Animal hairs all over the floor.
-
Not what it used to be. Elevator didn’t work multiple days. Entire hallway smelled like marijuana smoke. Cigarette butts in the stairwell.

It was clean, beds were ok, not as comfortable for the price. I liked that they had a stove, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The gentleman that checked us in was nice. The lady that was working early morning setting up the coffee was not friendly, she needs better customer skills. Asked for later check out and they did not accommodate the request even though the place was so expensive in the first place. $300 very expensive for that type of hotel and no breakfast, no swimming pool. I feel like I got ripped off.

They offer breakfast and when you get there theres coffee and nutribars thats it . We got ice and it smelled like there was something rotten in the ice machine. There was a bunch of homeless people working on there cars all through the night which made me feel like something was gonna happen to my car. In pictures there was a pool which my kids where excited for we get here theres no pool over all a terrible experience to get too after 6hrs of driving regret every penny.

There was no pool. The reception never answers phones. They couldn’t bring more towels and had no extra blankets. Breakfast was just muffins and they had no creamer for coffee
-
Tv didn't work. The floor was disgusting. There was a huge crack in the tub covered by a patch that I sunk into and almost fell. Sheets were dirty. Everything felt very unclean. The hall way smelled very bad. Will never come back. Walls were very thin.

Very unclean, rooms, hallways. Very dirty

Great service! Nice staff members, clean room and great location!

Found pubes stuck to the shower curtain and the front staff left me outside for 10 minutes. I rung the doorbell, spoke to the front staff and they mumbled something and left me standing outside for 10 minutes. I finally rung again and they finally came out to let me in for a late night check in.

Be forewarned!!

The staff were all great, the place was rundown and had a lot of shady characters around the property here and there. Would be great if they charged "budget" motel prices, but definitely not worth the money, you can find much better for the same price elsewhere.
