A clean, safe area of San Marcos. Close to various sites, shops, restaurants, and the beach is only 25 minutes away. Breakfast is available and always well served. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Staff was extremely friendly, even introducing themselves to us in the elevator. The property was clean and well-maintained with plenty of parking and lots of centers with restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast was good and well-stocked with someone constantly checking and refreshing the levels. My family’s favorite part was the robot that delivered our extra blankets to our room! It was super funny and convenient (and memorable!).

We were only there one night. The place was very clean and a good location near Cal State San Marcos. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

Nice staff, good breakfast area was clean & staff responded quickly when something was empty. Room was facing street & the noise was loud.

WiFi was very slow and often cut out. Had to use my hotspot. Television set was older and didn't allow me to use my Netflix account that had ads. Channel lineup was not what I'm used to when I've stayed at other Marriott hotels in the area.

We had a great stay. Very impressed with this property and its team: -Clean, and comfortable. -Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. -Housekeeping worked hard and was very nice. -One of our rooms was upgraded. -Allowed us to have a later checkout. -Breakfast was included. -100% Free parking. (Not common these days.) -About 5 EV chargers I think, and most were available. Best of all, with their code, I charged overnight to 90% - and it was free!
