Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego North San Marcos

Not only was the room amazing, the complimentary breakfast has so many items, it would easily be over $30 at a restaurant. Loved the whole experience. I fly down there from the Sacramento area every month to take my Mom to doctor appointments. I have tried at least 5 other hotels. A couple were very bad. Don't go to the least expensive ones, you will regret it. This one is the best! I'll be back next month, with my sister.

Centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores

The staff was great! The property could use a deep clean. However, it was a decent stay.

My family had an excellent summer vacation while staying here. The kitchenette was very useful and the location was very good for our Legoland & San Diego trips. The staff was excellent and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. My only issue is how uncomfortable the pull out sofa was. This was for my children. Next time we will get two beds. This was a great area and look forward to visiting again.

Frint desk staff was fantastic! Courteous, friendly and helpful! We also appreciated the breakfast. However, the room was shabby, carpet was dirty, and overall, the facility is in need of a refresh. For that reason, we would not plan to stay again anytime soon.

Airconditioning did not work properly.

It was a pleasant check-in, breakfast was delicious, loved the room we stayed in. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff was attentive and kind.

The room was so clean and spacious, and the full kitchen (including a full sized fridge) was wonderful. We wished we had more time to spend in the room!

The room was very spacious. But it’s an older building. Room floors could use a good shampooing. The breakfast was very good. The rate of the room just didn’t equate to the cleanliness

I enjoyed my stay. Room and staff were great. It was a little loud because my room was by the intersection so I could hear all the traffic.
