Great location clean rooms bathroom needs some upgrades

Helpful and friendly staff, room was clean but had a stale smell to it. Complimentary breakfast was mediocre, no juice only water and coffee available.

Quiet close to food and freeway Staff was all super awesome nice and helpful! There is no fan in the bathroom to vent moisture Gets hot n stuffy fast very small also Almost dont turn around especially if ur a bigger person very tight bathroom, Air conditioner sucked! Was hard to get to cool down but frozen no really in-between Breakfast was how do you say this It was there Sorta The waffles came out perfect Pastries like variety pack cinn rolls n cheese danish from costco which are not bad Not good either Some bread and english muffin to toast in a broken toaster Really doesn’t brown after waiting really long time Coffee is good creamer sucked Like idk is it really all that much to upgrade to liquid Powder is ok too maybe a brand a customer can identify So ultimately opted out

The shower looked like it was going to fall apart at the bottom. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The microwave was not functional

​ The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and shockingly unprofessional. Right in the middle of assisting me, the staff member just pulled out her phone and started texting. When I tried to figure out what was going on, she casually told me, "Oh, I'm just waiting for my Uber. He'll help you instead," and completely abandoned helping me. The room itself was terrible and felt completely unsafe, I actually had to wedge a chair under the doorknob just to feel secure enough to sleep. The listing mentioned breakfast, but the "so-called" breakfast the next morning was literally just a croissant and a packet of jam and the juice machine was completely broken. They had no Wi-Fi working at all during my stay. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

there was no wifi. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa but they didn't have any rooms like this available when I checked in. I have to take a part in this problem as I notified them the day before I came that I needed a first floor room. Since I had to take a bedroom with 2 full sized beds, rather than 2 queens and no sofa I asked for a discount. I never received one. there was no coffee maker in the room as described. Rather, the front desk gave me a little plastic coffee maker, along with a boxed creamer and sugar to carry to my room. The noise was incredible!! There were no black out curtains so lights from parking cars filled the room at all times of the night. Breakfast was good, with waffles, sweets, coffee, etc. Only juice available was apple juice. Other types were "not available." Still, as continental breakfast was advertised as an amenity, the breakfast was good. Still waiting for my discount!

Clean and quiet. No Internet access for entire stay. Phone calls constantly cutting off. TV had very limited channels and the picture distorted every minute or so.

Truly grateful for the breakfast everyday. Super stay.

It was very convenient, breakfast was sad, little bit of a sketchy atmosphere. Overall I would stay again. And how'skeeping was very good.

You have amenities, but the place needs a retouch. My shower rod was loose, towels had stains. Wifi was down.

It was a nice time, clean room, parking lot safe and quiet. Breakfast was good 👍👍

Parking for handy cap not available cooling system very old and they charged me 500 dollars for security deposit but they have not refunded me yet it’s been a month
