Be prepared with your travel budget however to have $100 per night held as a mandatory deposit for ‘incidentals’ So yes, a 5 night stay will keep $500 from you until after checking out. Ridiculous!

Front desk staff noticed i was in a rush to get to a dinner reservation and got me checked in in no time flat. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful and the resort with nearby shopping exceeded expectations.

I like the pools , I didn’t like the rooms

Ac wasn’t working properly. Carpet flooring was dirty
-
nice location but the carpet is older on property. they charged same price as embassy suites but rooms are not as good but great location and has a lot of venue for wedding

Cute place to stay at with the kids

Any way we had to walk to the restaurant there is not like golf car taking people over!

Fun property! Enjoy an upgraded room facing the pool

First impressions walking into the room - dirty. The carpet had stains. The door didn't close all the way to outside allowing heat and noise inside. The sliding door on the bathroom was dirty and scratched and missing hardware to keep it properly closed. The bed and bathroom otherwise were good. For the rate paid the room should have been better maintained.

If you like to sleep then make sure you aren’t facing a pool. They had a pool party at night and kids were screaming until late. The staff I encountered (besides front desk) didn’t speak English and couldn’t point me in the direction of a restaurant or bathrooms. We only spent 1 night so we couldn’t use most of the amenities.

The problems started at check-in. Our room was still not ready after 4:00 p.m., even though check-in is advertised for 4:00 p.m. We were told we had to wait while the room was being cleaned. There was very little urgency or apology from the staff, and they seemed indifferent about the inconvenience. The resort also advertises a complimentary welcome drink, but we were never offered one or even informed about it. When we went to the pool, the towel dispenser was completely empty. We asked for towels and were told it would only be a few minutes. Instead, it took nearly two hours before towels were restocked. What disappointed us the most was the overall customer service. Nearly every time we asked for assistance, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. Rather than feeling welcomed, we felt uncomfortable asking for basic help. Hospitality should make guests feel valued, and unfortunately that was not our experience. The property itself has potential, but the lack of attentiveness, poor communication, and disappointing customer service made this stay far less enjoyable than it should have been. I hope management addresses these issues because they significantly impacted what should have been a relaxing getaway.

Booked a last minute stay. Very cool hotel next to a lake. Front desk and check in was super nice, loved the lobby and coffee shop. Pool was nice but no pool attendant and took a long time to order food and drinks.Rooms were ok, clean a little older looking but Overall everything was great!

Clean room, 7/10. Stains on carpet and couch. Towels too rough. Bed was too firm, I couldn’t sleep well. Temps not so great, definitely have to lower yourself. Makes the room musty when not cool. 7/10 We didn’t request an ADA room but got one anyway. Shower head was Kohler, 10/10 but water is so easy to flow into the bathroom floor with the ADA set up. Walls too thin, had to complain about neighbor screaming loud sporadically, playing a game with his kids. Amenities are wonderful. Coffee place was great, but sometimes the door is locked during hours of operation - you have to check the front desk for service. I would stay here again for the amenities.

Great place, clean and super family friendly

Such a cute resort and so great for a couples trip. Going paddle boarding, kayaking, or hitting balls at the range, there were so many options! The staff were extremely helpful and the food was good. One thing I truly loved were the fire pits and s'more's! I would recommend trying this place out!

Property is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Amenities are perfect from beach cruisers to guitars, pools , docs and water access. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil and convenient get away Thank you and the staff

Great experience would recommend family and friends. Will definitely be back for a longer day with the family.

Overall, I was disappointed with both the room assignment and the customer service. If you reserve a specific room type, you should receive what you booked.

Driving for 3 hrs to get there, then trying to figure out where to stay! Miserable!!
