Very nice resort by the lake. Great coffee at Spinnaker

My daughters enjoyed the pools, and the fire pit at night with the smores kit that was included. We also enjoyed their free guitar rental. We didn't get to use the free paddle or kayak, but we will be coming back next summer.

Our two-night stay was absolutely FANTASTIC. We were fortunate that a room was available a little before the scheduled check-in time. At check-in, we were impressed with all the additional amenities and opportunities that are provided with the stay. We spent the afternoon enjoying the pools and hot tubs before walking over to Amalfi Cucina for dinner. The next day, we were once again able to enjoy the pools and hot tubs before getting ready and heading to a wedding. We returned to the property for the wedding reception at Brickman's restaurant and had a wonderful time. All the staff, food, and drinks were exceptional. We will absolutely find a way to return and more fully utilize all that this wonderful property has to offer.

Great stay

I recently stayed at the Lakehouse Resort. I was extremely disappointed! Half of the rooms are on the second floor of buildings that don’t have elevators, which is quite the problem when there are neither ramps or Bellhops. They say they provide transportation to the nearby golf course but failed to do so upon request. Prior to checkout no bill was provided digitally or otherwise. When I called the front desk repeatedly to get the balance I was put on hold every time and forced to listen to the same advertisement over and over again. When I finally walked down to the front desk to see a copy of my bill there was no other patrons there and yet I witnessed the staff automatically putting all incoming calls on hold without ever addressing a single person.

Very cute place! With cute areas to walk around and good restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel.

We have always stayed there in the past, but found it not to be the same this time. Awful welcome drink, not sure what it tasted like. No smores offered either. No more Breakfast Restaurant, must go to Golf Course. Since we did not have a car, didn't go, but then ended up walking there! Room not well maintained, needs some renovations. Housekeeping really NEEDS someone to look after the room is done. Room not done, as we asked for it, because we were hosting a luncheon for a Bridal party, then we asked again as we were going to the Wedding and needed to get ready, came back after breakfast, NOT DONE, called Housekeeping and were assured someone will do it NOW! 1 hr. later after sitting in the lobby, NOT DONE. We will come NOW!??? 45 minutes later I had to call and cancel as we had to get ready and leave! The night before we left. we had NO FACE CLOTHS and NO TISSUE Paper. When checking out, and I voiced my problems, after hesitating, SORRY about that, and gave is $30 whatever off, that to us was NOT ENOUGH, but we will NEVER stay there again. For 4 days you get 2 bottles of free water, you get the same for staying 1 night (I know that for a fact) can they not afford water for the rest of the stay? Also NO ROBES or House Slippers. that place NEEDS management that cares.

staff are awesome many freebies, bikes, bucket of golf balls, parking, s'mores kit, hour kayak or stand up paddle board, a few other things the pools are great, fire pits (s'mores) hot tubs a few great restaurants walking distance

We had so much fun.

The staff was very helpful and polite but unfortunately, one of the house cleaning staff accidentally left our hotel room door open after cleaning our room thank goodness nothing was stolen. We’re not mad but they just need to be a little more careful next time.

Good property but a gym would be helpful.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed walking along the lakefront, feeding the ducks & eating gelato. The room was clean and the view was pretty ✨

Lovely location. Nice staff. Room was dated and furniture was dirty. Staff tried to accommodate. We would stay again on lakeside.
