This motel is completely closed down…not open for business. Why did Booking.com give me reservations for a closed facility. I’m requesting a refund. Again, this motel is completely closed down. Booking.com gave me reservations, confirmation number 2665699454, with a PIN 0832. I would like to request a refund of $191.68 and request that you remove OYO Hotel Wadsworth from your website.

Nothing. That hotel doesn’t even exist. It’s a scam. Don’t rent it guys They trick you and take money. They make you go through so much phone calls to get refund and end up not returning. We lost our money.

Nothing it was a terrible experience. Worst hotel ever disgusting and it was over priced for what it was… bed didn’t even have sheets l, furniture was destroyed and cigarette burns everywhere. Not for for human life.

Nothing Let's start by saying that nowhere on or around the building does it state that it is an OYO hotel! The "front desk" area was a joke! The bathrooms stated out of order, as well as both vending machines and the ice machine! Then the room! 1st one smelled like smoke, had no towels, no toilet paper, shower was covered in dirt, toilet seat rubberbanded to the toilet, food wrappers on the floor, no remote and the nightstand drawer was broken... So I ask for a clean room! #2 is clean but that is where it stops. Again no remote, no towels & no toilet paper! We get all those things just to find out that there is no trash can & the heater doesn't work fully & only goes to 68! I can not believe that this place is taking guests!

There was no soap, shampoo, even the toilet paper was gone. The towels where a mess, there was damage to the door frame, light fixtures. The staff was a mess and the outside of the place was horrible. The pictures on line are NOT what you get. They lied!!

Filthy. Carpet was horrible and sticky, bed sheets had stains all over them,bugs on the ceiling,the box spring was unreal with springs out and dirty. I didnt even shower and I slept in my car. I have pictures
