Best Western Plus Regency Park

The room was clean overall but it was obvious the toilet was missed!

Do NOT stay here! I never leave reviews but I have to on this one. We only stayed a night with our family. We check in, it immediately smells awful in the lobby. We go up to our room and the AC is out on third floor. It was no joke 95 degrees in the hallway. Took over an hour just to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The pillows were stained, there was grease on the headboards, the toilet seats were so old they were scratched dirty and warn. There were stains on every piece of furniture. The kids wanted to swim so we went down to the pool. There was an umbrella inside the pool at the bottom of the deep end. It was so dirty you could barely see the bottom. Looked like it hadn’t been serviced in months. Breakfast was terrible. A microwave with packets of instant oatmeal and red apples that have been sitting in a basket for who knows how long. The one good thing about this place was the staff. They were friendly and kind. For the area (which is a nice area) this hotel is awful!!

This BW Plus wasn't anything showed in pictures. The staff was very rude and reluctant to give any extra blankets says only one blanket per room which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. We the bathroom was disgusting and nothing work, shower tub didn't had drainage problems, water stood still whole you take shower in your own filth. We ordered pizzas and few hours later all attacked by roaches for leftovers. This place should have a visit from the health inspector. Will never be staying at this place. Don't know why is it an excellent reviews unless all fake reviews.

Clean room, nice pool area I like that it has restrooms outside in pool area, nice lobby & breakfast area.

Everything was decent, hated how all guest were piled next to Each other and we had some very loud neighbors and a strange lady next door. Breakfast was extremely limited, but the Overall experience was okay.

3rd floor was hotttttttt. We were offered to be moved to a smaller room but it wouldn’t be big enough for my group. The sofa bed frame was broken. Took forever for our room to cool off. And I was charged an additional $14 on top of what I was told by total would be.

The pool was dirty. There were leaves in the bottom. Water smelled like it had no chlorine in it. Would need an automatic vacumn to keep it up if the dont have a dedicated pool person.

Bed was comfortable. The whole place looks like it needs to be updated. The pool was dirty and the breakfast was not very good.

Pool was green and umbrellas broken

Room was clean. A/C was turned down to 60 degrees and still warm. No place to hang towels in sink area & shower door off bottom hinge.

Close to our route and staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was great The floor walking into the room and bathroom when its wet is VERY SLIPPERY!!! Like someone is going to fall and get hurt.

Shower did not drain. Several bulbs out. AC did not work in hallway and it was middle of summer. I don’t expect a perfect stay but if I’m paying to stay somewhere, I would except the shower to drain. Waiting for it to drain with 6 people would put a huge delay in someone schedule. Or standing in someone else’s shower water is disgusting. .
