Best Western Plus Regency Park

Shower did not drain. Several bulbs out. AC did not work in hallway and it was middle of summer. I don’t expect a perfect stay but if I’m paying to stay somewhere, I would except the shower to drain. Waiting for it to drain with 6 people would put a huge delay in someone schedule. Or standing in someone else’s shower water is disgusting. .

The property was well kept. The room was very clean but had a musty smell. The shower curtain was molded at the bottom but overall

The room was clean. The only problems we noted was that the light bulbs were out in the lamp by the bed and in the corner of the room. The bathroom was clean, but the light over the shower needs replacement. I told the front desk and Daniel, night auditor said he would address the issues. So, that was good. Breakfast was pretty good especially the cappuccino.

Decent place to stay Beds did not fit us well. Not comfortable! Hard and lumpy. Also they are no vent in the bathroom ! We had Mexican and ended up stinking up the place so bad we had to leave for hours and bought some Lysol to be able to survive the stinch !

Our family of four enjoyed our stay for one night here. It was easy to find and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and workout facility while there. Excellent stay!

We go often and stay we always have a great stay always so friendly always clean Maybe more choices for breakfast but really wouldn’t change anything

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Egg patties could use more diabetic friendly foods, but not a big deal

My family and I have stayed here many times. We always feel welcome and are treated very well!

It worked well for needing a place to stay for the night while passing through. The pillows weren’t very comfortable, but we had our own.

It’s a okay place to stay the staff was very nice and helpful the rooms were not as clean as they should have been we stayed for a week and housekeeping never cleaned the room we had to ask for towels everyday empty our own garbage cans we had even put the clean please tag on the door when we left for the day only to come back and nothing was done to it

Clean No hot tub available.

This was one of the most poorly maintained properties we’ve stayed at in a long time. It is clear that the ownership is trying to cut expenses at every corner. When we walked into the lobby for the first time the place felt ‘closed’ due to how dark it was. Only minimal lighting was being used. The lobby was a little hot but nothing compared stepping out of the elevator and into the hallway of our floor. It was so hot it initially took our breath away. I honestly think the floor AC had been turned off. Not just set to a high setpoint, but off. We went to our room, AC was off in there as well. Not surprised, but it did work fine once placed in service. It just took a while to cool down. Carpets were very dirty. Considering how many pieces of small trash that were scattered about, It’s hard for me to believe they were vacuumed after last visitors. The toilet seat was severely loose, stained and damaged. Replacement would be a super easy and cheap replacement to avoid negative reviews. Bed and linens appeared to be okay. Definitely low end quality but seemed clean. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. And to reiterate, I don’t know what it takes to qualify for a Best Western “Plus” status, but this one definitely shows the system BW has in place for qualifying is majorly flawed. We will not be back to this property for sure and BW has lost any further visits from us as well. BW needs a serious sit down with the owner/operator about representing them well

The bed was poorly made, and not clean. The toilet had urine in it and had not been flushed. I ended up leaving and not staying at all. I requested a refund cancellation and they have since declined. It seemed like a place that maybe locals go to for use of the pool? I didn't like the room.. the front desk guy was nice, he tried to offer to move me rooms until realizing he had no other rooms to move me to, but overall it just wasn't worth the stop, I would have been better off taking a nap in my car.

Convenient location Breakfast was same every day.Never enough towels in our room, only needed 3! Didn’t clean our room every day, One day they took the shower curtain, didn’t replace it. There was a cigarette burn on the coverlet which was never changed during 4 day stay.

The breakfast was ok but no fruit. The lighting in the whole room was not good. Need more light in bath and bedroom. The staff was very friendly.
