Everything was awesome. I just smelled a urine smell on the 3rd floor. I was advised that there was nothing she could do on Saturday afternoon around 6pm

Room 118 had bad mold, I woke up stuffy as fuck they had the ac so cold to hide the smell when we turned it up to not be freezing the smell hit you like a ton of bricks When I said some thing to them about it they said yes that room has bad mold??? I feel I should have been refunded completely for this room that’s unlivable conditions for guests The responses I received when I came to them with the complaint of mold
