Professionalism of the gentleman at checkin. Lack of parking on the front side of building.

They didn’t have running water when we started and told us they didn’t know if we would be refunded or compensated at all. We only had one night stay but it affected us being able to shower and the breakfast. Mind you we had our 5 month old with us as well. Extremely inconvenient.
