The chair in my room wasn’t worth sitting on. It made you lean forward so you couldn’t get comfortable. I believe I was in room 310 right behind the elevator.

Hotel was ok. The first room we were in had an odd smell and the TV didn’t work so they moved us and that room didn’t have the smell. All the ice machines had Out of Order signs on them, which was annoying due to it being 90 degrees outside.

It smells like mold really bad
-
It was a great stay overall.
-
No ventilation in the bathroom or the room.
-
The room was clean and pleasant upon arrival.
-
Relatively new property, very clean. The staff was helpful, but the coffee maker didn't work, and I didn't have time in the morning to wait for them to replace it, or eat breakfast.

Exceptional

Several amenities were unavailable or not functioning properly. The washer and dryer were out of service, and we were directed to use the sister property next door, which was an inconvenience. None of the hotel’s ice machines worked, so guests had to retrieve ice from the kitchen out of an ice chest. Breakfast was poor, and the overall atmosphere in the lobby was unsettling. There was an individual lingering and sleeping in the lobby from the time we checked in on Thursday until we checked out on Sunday. He was present each morning during breakfast, helping himself to multiple plates of food, which created an uncomfortable environment for guests. The front desk experience was equally disappointing. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in our shower were empty at check-in, and when I later requested towels and replacements, communication was difficult and the issue was not handled efficiently. Most concerning was the stairwell exit on the first floor, which appeared jammed or stuck and would not open from inside the stairwell. That is not a minor inconvenience—it is a serious safety issue. To make matters worse, the room remained damp, humid, and uncomfortable throughout our stay. Although the thermostat was set to 63, the room stayed at 72 and never cooled properly. Overall, this property appears poorly maintained, poorly managed, and inattentive to guest safety and comfort. I would not stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. No complaints
-
The staff @ Sleep Inn is top notch and the rooms offer good comfortability

The night staff person was very helpful and she always knew the answers to any questions. During my stay housekeeping was short staffed and the room wasn't cleaned for the first 6 days. Once they were fully staffed the rooms were cleaned every 3-4 days. Most staff members were polite.
