Liked everything about the hotel but the noise from the turnpike was brutal! Please, make sure you request a room in the front of the hotel!

Do not stay at this hotel if there is a possible weather event. This property does not have an overhang at the entrance and the entrance is a long walk from the parking lot. We had to unload in a heavy rain storm. Everything wet before we hit the front door.

Granted we should not need a tv during a gateway but our concert was cancelled last minute and we needed entertainment that was included in the package

Nothing They didn’t have a room for us and then someone that had just checked in came out and said my room is a mess and it wasn’t cleaned!!!! Are you kidding me. This place has not enough staff and the lady at the counter was rude.

This was one of the worst stays we’ve encountered. The front desk agent had no idea what he was doing and was extremely rude. He sent us to our room only to find the room keys didn’t work. Went back down to let him know, asked if maybe he needed to activate. He looked at me like I had 10 heads and asked me to wait. He went into a back room for about 8 mins then came back and said he cannot give us room keys and would walk us to our room and use his “master” to let us in. If we needed to leave the room, we would have to leave the door open or go back down for assistance. He would not provide us with room keys because he didn’t know how. The shower in the room was probably one of the most disgusting showers I’ve ever seen in hotel. I can’t even explain it. The parking lot was completely full and no other options to park so I made my own spot. Would not say at this hotel again
