Breakfast and parking were great. The room was clean but the bathroom needed the items improved that were given to the front desk. The out of order exercise machines give a bad first impression. Front desk was also advised of that. They told me a remodeling was in process. Follow up housekeeping service was appreciated.

Clean, spacious room. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

No pool, It was the fourth night before they found me a working remote for the TV. And house keeping came into my room and threw out items that were not trash, after I had asked for no house keeping during my stay. I wouldn't stay there again if I had a choice.

Much like all the other hotels and motels near major highways. Did not exceed my expectations. In fact, I was expecting a better breakfast based on prior reviews. Nothing special here; room and breakfast just average / typical.

We miss the pool! The WiFi was not good as it could be. Why did the pool get covered over. Staff were nice. Parking was readily available

Overall the stay was nice but some of the workout equipment did not work and the WiFi was not working but staff was very friendly and kind.

I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our needs visiting Cheshire and Wesleyan. Comfortable bed, quiet location, friendly staff. No complaints!

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. We checked in after our concert was taken care of right away. Only takeaway is we were provided 3 pillows for two people. Sorry, we love being comfortable no matter where we stay. We were extended an extra hour for checkout as a courtesy. Would probably stay again.
