Everything was great with hotel, clean, comfortable etc. The only unusual aspect was there are a few other national hotels in the area but no restaurant nearby. Fortunately we had a car to get around!

The room was better than expected, staff was very helpful, the property was clean inside and out, and breakfast was very complete but the food was a bit cold.

I do not understand why they would rent rooms to unsupervised children.

Right off the highway. Clean. Coffee available 24/7. Free breakfast was good. We typically pick a hotel with free breakfast and this one had lots of options. We had room 301 it was very nice, spacious and quiet at the end of the hallway.

It was pathetic because they did not give me the room I booked and paid for? I paid for suite and I got a regular room? Manager told me that he will refund me ? But nothing has been refunded? I was stranded with my guests but no one helped despite of repeated requests? I booked for two nights but I checked out after one. Ight and had to get another room in a different property? So paid twice just because of their non cooperation.

Everything is good but one of my coworkers found a small bug in his bed. The hotel resolved the problem the next day.

The staff was very helpful. At checkout, a specific individual, who also serves drinks during happy hour, stood out. Please give him special recognition because he is extremely friendly, listens attentively, and is very polite. I even saw him interacting kindly with an elderly woman, so he truly deserves high praise. I wish I could remember his name, but it starts with Z.

Beautiful property with all the amenities, the staff was so welcoming and helpful, our room was gorgeous! Breakfast was w wonderful, they even had chia pudding and overnight oats! So very pleased!
