Good location right off freeway. Easy free parking. Got a horrible sinus reaction to something in that room. It went away as soon as I got the heck away from there. The bathroom sink had cracks around the drain and there were dark brown spots on the bathroom counter. $35/night is WAY TOO MUCH to have our dog in our room for this low-end property. We stay all over with our dog and NEVER have to pay that much. Even though we got a great parking spot right outside the hallway door, that door was malfunctioning and our key would not allow us to enter through it. TV remote would not work and had to have maintenance come resolve it. Front desk staff didn't know much about the area when we asked. Breakfast looked so bad I just walked in and walked out to eat elsewhere. Coffee was poor.

The location was good The property itself was good . What I didn’t like was u got there and no one was at the front desk . I rang the bell several times and I even called the place over 6 times. Finally 20 min later someone got to the desk. It was Christmas Eve and I had somewhere to go my family was waiting for me. Then to top it off the girl had horrible customer service

nothing! the demolition team needs to put this place out of its misery! ugly, dirty, old, overpriced

The breakfast, the parking near the door, etc. Some of the equipment didn't work 'til maintenance came to address it: the TV, the safe, and eventually we had to change rooms, and the manager on duty said it was "unfortunate, rather than "we're sorry." Also, we they rekeyed the new room, they only did it for one day, so we got locked out on our second day, and the WiFi had to be reconnected.

The property was really clean which should be standard for any hotel. The building is a little old so you can hear the flooring crackle while you walk.

Staff were not nice even guest were rude when breakfast area. The staff was rude and the microwave didn’t work and AC wasn’t cold when turn on. Housekeeping girl did apologize which I liked because she was gossiping

The location was perfect, easy in and out and close to the highway. The property is a little tired, needs perhaps new paint and carpet?

Variety of food choices during breakfast is perfect. Easy access to freeway I always drink water with ice and facility only had ice 1 day

It was near my family good location Dogs barking at about 11:45 at night, the SMELL of dogs in the room and hallway

The stuff when we checked in was a horrible attitude. When I walk in to room it was so disgusting, and I asked her, checked before renting out or not then she was saying, "I don't need to check, if you want to change room just pay extra money ". It's okay to ask for extra cost for room changes, but It needs to apologize for the false first, but she didn't.
