SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Warner Robins AFB

Our stay was great, the beds were very comfortable. The room we stayed in was clean. It was quite so we rested very well. The shower work perfect, hot water and the best water pressure. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It also included a nice little breakfast. We enjoyed it.

Rooms seem to have thick walls didn't hear much nice outside. The balcony was nice. Beds were good.

My one disappointment was there were no cups for the coffee in lobby breakfast area and no staff to ask

This hotel/motel was business in the front and party in the back. We stayed in the business section which had interior corridors. The back side of the property have rooms leading straight outside. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Many restaurants and stores in the area. Will definately book here again.

Wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast due to schedule but family said it was just ok. I liked the layout of the room with jacuzzi. It was dark great for sleeping. The shower and toilet area were separate. It was easier for us to get ready without stepping on each other.

Nice location near several different places to eat.

Comfortable and quiet room. Easy check in even though it was very late.

There was homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I did not stay.

I booked my stay with the description for a walk in shower but did not receive that option upon checkin.

The bathroom was clean. That’s about it. No elevator, entire building smells like curry, tv didn’t work, they ignored booking.com messages, the bed was the single most uncomfortable hotel bed of all time with pillows made of what I assume is empty space, and their breakfast was terrible. The workers weren’t mean but they weren’t particularly nice either. Mostly just aloof. Also my hotel key randomly stopped working which sucked because I walked up with a 40 lb backpack and groceries up stairs (again no elevator) then had to walk all that stuff back down.

Breakfast was disappointing. Wafle maker appeared to be on and working but there was no batter available...bummer. Eggs and sausages were good but not really much else to offer. Little surprised there was no elevator but we were only on the second floor. Hallways in need of some TLC with the wallpaper very loose in multiple areas. Shame, the hotel almost has a boutique feel to it but in need of attention.

I loved how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. The bed linens were clean and plush.

Everything was great. I really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to come back again.
