Do not stay here! A/C was horrible and I sweated through the night. Next morning housekeeping is out knocking on doors with do not disturb signs before 9 a.m. this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was spacious and nice to have cooking facilities. Bed was comfortable and thought the room was relatively clean The breakfast was bad. The orange juice and apple juice was so watered down it was not drinkable and this was everyday. Some of the muffins were old. Only had eggs 3 out of the 5 days were there and same for the sausages. I also thought the washer and dryer was way overpriced at $2 each and the detergent was $3 so we gave up on that. The AC unit was very loud.

All things would rate adequate. Older, but refurbished property. Desk folks never up front. Always had to summon and wait for them, though, short wait. Don’t understand why no water in any form available for breakfasts.

Nothing. The only positive thing about the hotel is Mr. D. Everyone else was a combination of unhelpful, disrepsectful, and downright incompetent. EVERYTHING! First, no one sits at the front desk. Someone comes out of the back, after you ring the bell, and you can see that they are watching TV. Second, there is NO ELEVATOR. This hotel is more akin to a hostel than a hotel. Seriously, if you are disabled, currently under doctor’s care for any ailment or travel with any luggage, you should stay somewhere else. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioner doesn't work. When I asked why the room was so hot, they responded “because it is summertime." They constantly have trash in the hallways and act like they are so inconvenienced by the slightest request. If you want to check in early, it is $50 extra. If you want to check out later, it is $50. In short, this is the WORST "hotel” I have ever stayed in and would never go back even if someone paid me.

The room was clean. Location was too far from I75. Breakfast selection was poor. I had coffee and a blueberry muffin (which was so dry).
