The room was clean. Location was too far from I75. Breakfast selection was poor. I had coffee and a blueberry muffin (which was so dry).

Nothing. The only positive thing about the hotel is Mr. D. Everyone else was a combination of unhelpful, disrepsectful, and downright incompetent. EVERYTHING! First, no one sits at the front desk. Someone comes out of the back, after you ring the bell, and you can see that they are watching TV. Second, there is NO ELEVATOR. This hotel is more akin to a hostel than a hotel. Seriously, if you are disabled, currently under doctor’s care for any ailment or travel with any luggage, you should stay somewhere else. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioner doesn't work. When I asked why the room was so hot, they responded “because it is summertime." They constantly have trash in the hallways and act like they are so inconvenienced by the slightest request. If you want to check in early, it is $50 extra. If you want to check out later, it is $50. In short, this is the WORST "hotel” I have ever stayed in and would never go back even if someone paid me.

The bathroom was large, the room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and everything was VERY clean.

The location and the cost The air conditioner in Room 203 didn't seem to work very well.

Everything has no issues at all; this is why I only stay here when I am in town. I wish they had an elevator. At 50 stairs are not kind to my back and knees, especially when I have my suitcase and laptop to carry upstairs.

The hotel is exceptionally well maintained. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel did not have an elevator, so I had to walk up the stairs to reach the second floor with my luggage. If you have any disabilities, I recommend requesting a room on the first floor. The lady who checked us in was very nice.

Our stay was great, the beds were very comfortable. The room we stayed in was clean. It was quite so we rested very well. The shower work perfect, hot water and the best water pressure. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It also included a nice little breakfast. We enjoyed it.
