Motel 6 Warner Robins, GA

Do not stay here!!!. Those pictures online are false. The sheets was dirty on all the beds,the rags were fifthy. We asked for clean sheets and rags, but was told those were clean and no more wouldn't be available till the next day. There was no pool either. And the building doesn't look like the pictures.

The receptionist was nice, efficient , and good at her job. It was fairly clean ( for the price I wasn't expecting a whole lot). Convenient location, easy parking. It wasn’t bad for what it was. There is no pool though.

Nothing’ Everything

Nothing the staff was unprofessional and rude and so was the manager. They took my od at check in and made a copy but made a mistake and did return my DL. I also forgot. I left town without it and they called stating what happened. I asked them to mail it they stated they could not. I had to drive 3 hrs back to get it. When I arrived they said I couldn't get it because they locked it up. After I called the police they gave it to me

The room is clean, but there are roaches in the rooms and bed bugs. Very pet friendly and accommodating to your pets.

Nothing at all The staff and location are awful. Online it says that you can check in early … we arrive around 8:45 a.m. only to find out that BOOKING.COM INFORMATION DOESN’T apply to the property and is not valid according to the hotel staff. We had to wait until 3 p.m. to check in…. They give us a room key to rm 203. Put the key in the door it opens right up only … the room was being lived in!!! I backed up out of there so quick it made my head spin.. go right back to the front desk to notify them of the situation and there reaction was as if it’s no big deal WTH… only to find out after they gave us another room in which I honestly didn’t feel safe as well as the occupants in rm 203 had been there a year!! MY MIND WAS BLOWN!! I ask to be refunded because we didn’t feel safe because of what happened.. I said ma’am can I speak with the manager.. she responds and says we don’t give refunds.. I ask her to call the manager and at first it was a refusal. My response was please call whoever is in charge so I can explain to her why I don’t feel safe at this place. I would hate for me and my family to be asleep and someone walks in our room because they gave a key to a room that was occupied… long story short they refused to refund the money as well as to be disrespectful to my husband and I. That has never happened to me my whole life and it made me very very uncomfortable and unsafe.

No pool room hod Dirty sheets on the bed no blankets floor was Bumpy and uneven All amenities with very old They canceled my room because they said first come first serve then they found me one The people in the room next door were fighting and cussing until about 3 AM in the morning

Nothing Booked a room but get there no rooms available had to drive miles to find another one

Easy check-in and check-out Bed was hard as a rock, there were roaches, the tub was so dirty we didn't use it, the bed had stains on them... And we were on the 2nd floor which sounded like it was going to cave in and was even moving as we walked.

Weak floors, possibly water damage. Dirty room. There were roaches and flies in the room. Pulled the sheets back, they were dirty also the mattress topper has sooo many stains on them. I would not recommend this motel. Also un order to stay in a non smoking room you have to have s $40 cash deposit. That was not stated prior to me booking.

Nothing When I was trying to check in the clerk was on personal phone call and I reserved a king room and when I got there she said they weren't any available and if I wanted a non smoking room I had to pay $40 deposit. I CANCELLED RESERVATION AND I DID NOT STAY AT THAT FILTHY MOTEL

I rented a room and when I tried to go to sleep I began to get bite by bed bugs and roaches.... went to the office to change rooms and they would not change my room or refund me... instead tried to charge me $30 cash at 3 am to change rooms which is ridiculous when I'm being inconvenienced.....I have pictures and video of the bugs on the bed that I will be posting online.
