The front staff was friendly and informative. The location was quiet. The room was clean. I wish I could tell you more about what I liked. It was less than mid but it's a Super 8, I wasn't expecting the ritz. I would rate it a 2/5 stars. Not the worst place I've stayed but not the best either. My rental car got hit in the parking lot. The location was far from the highway. There were roaches in the bathroom. There were like no outlets near the bed. The AC wasn't on in the room, so it was humid and stale in the room when we got in. There idea of breakfast is hot coffee and pre-packaged lil debbies in the lobby.

The location. It was 5 mins away from the venue. The hotel was roach infested. Staff knew this, and acted like he didnt or was surprised. I did not stay. I could not get a refund.

It was 10 minutes from my job & loved the places to eat & it was close to Walmart & gas station was right across the street. Bed was king sized so sleep was great, internet was pretty good & the staff was awesome. Noisy tenants.I hate drama. Police was there at least once to twice a week. The room was great but justt the noise. I can't stand drama. I have to have my peace & quiet.

Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.

Ac was fine. I had to switch rooms and wasn't compensated for price or inconvenience. The property did not have a cleaning staff and it was a horrible stay

Room was clean. Staff friendly. HVAC work well, if somewhat noisy. Restaurants within walking distance.

It was a good experience overall, and I'll probably stay here again soon. No significant flaws to complain of.

Nothing. Arrived after booking online and found that booking.com had changed from today’s date to tomorrows date. No rooms today and booking was for tomorrow. It was late. I uninstalled my booking app because that was bs and I was 5 states from home with no where to stay. The front desk said that they could not help me and said I had to get on app. Used my email and reported the issue and never had any customer service. Ended up somewhere VERY sketchy with an infant a 3 and 5 year old. Don’t recommend hotel because they didn’t help me and DEFINITELY don’t recommend booking.com. Nothing.
