I also found all the staff to be as helpful as I can There was nothing at all that could change my mind you did great

I will expose booking .com on all platforms this was insane to be booked at a hotel that no longer exists iam more than upset I even called my attorneys to see what I can do about this situation then th guy on the phone had the audacity to say I was going to be charged a cancelation fee for a hotel that is no longer there me and my family drove 6 hours to only have nowhere to stay with all my power I will make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else then to have to wait 12 days for a refund is way to much you guys took my money and left me high and dry iam a business owner myself and I'd never do to anyone what you guys did to me I got cheated out of my money for you guys to book a hotel that is no longer in service is not right it's insane

Nothing The roach in room and questionable safety.

The location. It was disgusting. The floors were stained and looked about 100 years old. The floors were absolutely disgusting. The shower knobs come straight from holes in the walls. There was a hole in the wall from the cable cord. There were stains all over the curtains and the walls. When we walked into our non-smoking room, it smelled like a whole pack of cigarettes was smoked in there the day prior. The air was off so it was so hot and stuffy and stinky when we walked in. The bed was just as hard as laying on the floor and neither of us slept. We booked this hotel to pick up our newly purchased car and if it were a vacation stay, we would’ve immediately left and not stayed but we were only there for 9 hours thankfully. There were people sitting outside of the rooms at 12 o’clock smoking making it incredibly uncomfortable to walk to your room especially when they were trying to talk to you. There was a huge gap between the door to the outside and the floor with only one lock. It felt absolutely grimy and unsafe. At least the man that checked us in was friendly.

Nothing The fact that we kept getting harassed about our vehicle and then they kicked us out on the first night because they said it was the car. Can I get a credit for the room due to the fact they kicked us out the same night we checked in

Price and location Dead bugs on floor, dank room, sticky carpet, smelly room, moldy shower curtain, no water or coffee cups in room (but coffee maker and coffee) no ice bucket, direct tv was out for more than half of my stay.

Convenient area Outdated rooms, curtains broken, stained burn holes, a pin was stuck in one looks like a crack house inside the room, stained carpet , air broken

No meat Air wasn’t working properly in the room, bathroom small and no privacy with those see through curtains

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room that we were initially put in didn't have a working AC. It was 83 degrees and I never could get it to cool even a little. We asked to be moved and the ladies at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. The second room had a working AC (yay!) but the TV didn't work. We decided since it was just one night, we could do without the tv, so we chose to stay in the room. I went to take a shower and there was a used washcloth still hanging in the shower. There was shampoo and a bar of soap, but no conditioner. There was about a quarter roll of toilet paper with no backups.. Luckily it ended up being just enough. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all; I tossed and turned all night. The breakfast was very limited. They had a really cool pancake-making machine, but other than that it was just eggs in a crockpot, bread and muffins with a toaster and 2 choices of cereal. Not the end of the world, but part of the reason I chose this hotel was based on reviews that the breakfast was really good, so I just wanted to clear that up. I definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Not anything. 2 rooms, keys wouldn’t open. Bathroom filthy.

Nothing I could not get in the room. Tried to cancel reservation - was advised to contact this party - booking.com and to no avail have not gotten a response. The hotel is nasty, smells like urine and very unkept.

Rooms smell bad. TV wasn't attached to the wall when I went to plug in my game system it almost fell on my head. New floors have gaps at all the thresholds. Place is in general run down water mold and mildew around the ice machine

Rooms smell ball, tile floors are poorly laid. Around the ice machine is soaking wet and has a terrible odor. TV was not secured to the wall when plugging in gaming console it almost fell on my head

Location Rooms had animal smells to them and the shower sorta worked

Good tv channel selections, good location, plenty of parking, comfortable bed Very outdated bathtub, tub didn’t drain, burns from where cigarette or stems had been laid down, only one light bulb out of all my lights worked

It was awesome talaysha was so sweet the front desk lady accomadated me with open arms assisting me with all my needs that beautiful smile an friendly voice definitely wanna see her in future
