Great breakfast

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t the best. The bathroom was very dirty. There was a giant clump of mystery hair in the bathtub. The sink and surrounding countertop had dirt smeared all over. The windows are not sound proof and the highway traffic is extremely noisy. Our hotel neighbor decided he was the only person at the hotel and partied played extremely loud music ALL night. Multiple other hotel guests, including us complained about this situation and nothing got resolved. We were just looking for a clean and somewhat quiet place to sleep for the night and that DID NOT happen. Finally at about 5:30 in the morning we had enough and left. It was a very disappointing experience.

Bed is super comfortable. Pillows... great. Breakfast... real egs. I stay here everytime Im driving from Missouri to NYC.

Fridge was not cleaned out form prior guest. Room felt very crowded. Shower floor was dirty and fridge kept running & made my food wet.

I usually like SpringHill Suites for the spacious rooms and clean look, but this stay didn’t feel like the SpringHill Suites experience I’m used to

Well, there was no water in the pool , the tv wasn’t working in the room , there was no sit down breakfast it was in a paper bag to go , don’t recommend

Our shower in 317 was so tiny, a person over 250lbs probably wouldn't fit.

The room was huge! Plenty of room for a family. Walmart is right next door, literally. Easy on and off the main highway was easy. We went to a concert at Star Lake, it was a 45 minute drive which didnt seem very long at all. Our shower in 317 was so tiny, a person over 250lbs probably wouldn't fit.

Weeds! First we saw when we pulled onto the property. You can hear nearby highway traffic at night when trying to sleep. The blinds are not blackout blinds so we had a bright Walmart sign from across the street blaring into our room all night. Broken latch on our room door. Low water pressure on the shower.

The pool was closed totally drained of water on top of they were remodeling the hallways and then overcharged me $300 for what I have no idea ..... Stairways you weren't allowed to use and the sausage patty you couldn't cut with a knife and the workers that were remodeling blared their Spanish music all day from 7am to 7pm.

The breakfast was adequate We had problems sleeping, bought earplugs due to highway noise. We were triple billed the total amount which took a few days to straighten out. Hall carpeting was being torn up and the pool was closed for repairs. On a five niight stay the maid only came once, the desk neglected to mention they only do maid service every three days. wet towels piled up as did overflowing trash cans. The weeds are overrun in the front of the hotel.
