Hampton Inn Washington

The pool was nice. The room was a good size. Really liked the shower. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

We arrived at 3 am. The front desk employee was nice enough but did tell me we should have called because we would have lost our already paid for room. I thought because unpaid for the trim already it was mine no matter what time I arrived. We went to our room which was for 4 of us- it only had a kind size bed and a chair. Told the lady at the front desk and she moved us to another room with a king size and sofa bed. Breakfast was good. The young lady working in the breakfast area was a gem! She was kind, cheerful and worked hard!

The room and bed were comfortable. HVAC worked well. The breakfast was disappointing. Very average, not up to usual Hampton Inn standards. Eggs and potatoes a bit overcooked and without flavor.

Felt a little like home. Very clean and it didn't smell like a hotel! The food was convent and good to eat. Nothing to report.

Room was not clean and run down. The porta crib we requested was not clean at all. Disappointed based on the reviews as we did not experience a pleasant stay and our room was not clean and very run down.

The night shift desk was extremely helpful, I wish I could remember her name; I checked in on June 16th. The only subpar part of my stay came from the the drunken couple in the room next to me who woke me up when they returned from the lounge around 1:30 am, This is where the Rockstar night desk helped settle things down without any drama or fuss. She deserves a raise!

A lot of emails not responded to is a shame. Probably you gained about 122$ but lost something substantial...credibility. I ask myself whether there is a manager in that company. Keep up skamming.

I asked for a ground floor room for my senior dog who doesn't do elevators. The staff person never even smiled, said no, and he had to walk 3 flights of stairs over and over. She didn't even try to help me.

There was something causing my family to sneeze in the air conditioning unit. I think the one watching the food may have forgotten to fill some of the stations at breakfast. There were no towels in the pool area. Someone did drop some off about 30 minutes after the pool opened. I liked being able to attach Netflix. Comfortable bed... no bed bugs. Water bottle filler. Nice front desk attendant.
