No breakfast, scant such services in the gritty neighborhood. Good enough.

We felt very clean and safe during our stay here.

Nothing about it Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived at check-in time, only to be be told our room was not ready. We waited over an hour before we were finally able to access our room. When we expressed our frustration and asked about a refund or compensation for the inconvenience, our concerns were dismissed. Instead, the front desk employee sarcastically responded, "Sorry, bye!" That level of customer service was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Later, we witnessed law enforcement being called on a group of young Black men who appeared to be peacefully enjoying recreational activities in the parking lot. While we cannot speak to the reason the police were called, the situation was unsettling to witness. What made the situation even more concerning was seeing a hotel employee standing in the parking lot watching the entire interaction with what appeared to be a smirk on his face, rather than attending to his responsibilities or helping ensure guests felt welcome and safe. Combined with our earlier experience, this left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and concerned about the hotel's culture and the way some guests may be perceived or treated. We left feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and disappointed. We hope management takes these concerns seriously, reviews the conduct of its staff, and works to ensure that every guest is treated with professionalism, fairness, and respect.

My room was clean. I picked this hotel because of the outdoor pavilion with the grills. The area was disgusting. There was blood, food and garbage all on the ground by the sitting area. The tables were filthy and one of the grills still had old chicken on it. I asked the man working the front desk if the grills had propane. He told me his manager was gone for the weekend and he didn’t know. I also asked can that area be cleaned. He the. Stated the area is cleaned everyday. I was there from Friday to Sunday. The area was never cleaned the whole time of my stay.

The room was clean and in good condition, with the exception of the shower. There was NO HOT WATER at all in the shower, but the sink water was more than hot enough. One of the coldest showers of my life. I let the desk clerk know about it the next morning, but he didn't seem to care. Not their finest hour, especially in a city with a many hotels as Washington.

If you're looking for a clean, affordable place to stay then this hotel is the one you want. Having all the kitchen amenities and a full size fridge is a game changer for sure. My only gripes I have is that their TV provider sucks because the TV goes out a lot. Also the layout of the parking lot could have been thought out a little better.

Clean , Busy

There were roaches in the bathroom. Period. Felt dirty the whole time.

There are some issues with it: - one of the residents informed me about the workers "living" in some of the rooms, causing ruckus, loitering at the main gate while drinking alcohol, and leaving a nasty smell where they are residing. - the location was ok

Close to interstate. Moderately priced. It’s a place to catch a night’s sleep but not a place to linger and relax.
