The r[ms and hallway smelled bad. Like people were smoking possibly. It was a non-smoking room. One of the towels had a hug whole in it. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

MINOR ISSUES: Air conditioning in the lobby was in need of repair and the desk clerk said she has advised management, but it hasn't been resolved. Exterior first floor hallway area is accessible to the public...does not lock so that there is no access to the interior. Housekeeping needs improvement as there was dusting and cleaning of drawers overlooked. There was a mini kureg machine provided but nothing to make coffee with, so it was an un-necessary provision. Guests should be advised that they need to provide their own coffee supplies in advance so they can come prepared. Room was intended for 4 guests, but they only provide towels initially for 2. Should not have to ask for more if you are checking in 4 people. Only one pillow per person without possibility of extras was a disappointment. The evening desk clerk could not be botherer to get extra pillows from unbooked rooms to accommodate and apparently there is not a stock of extra pillows to be pulled from.

Do not waste your time. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, including the floor and the shower. The trash can in the main area had stuff splattered on the walls. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The extra security for locking the door was broken. The staff didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer to refund all or at least part of what was paid.

Great breakfast

This place is a joke! I couldn't wait to get out of there. Broken glass on the parking lot. (Car break ins). Smell of weed in the hallways. Closet Doors fallen off and just left leaning by the wall instead of being repaired. Support pilar laying alongside the parking area. Needs painting on the exterior and interior. The worse was the so-called breakfast. A card table set up in the doorway entrance to the breakfast room, with small, prepackaged muffins. Only drink available besides coffee that I don't drink was apple juice. The orange juice machine has an out of order sign on it. I asked the guy if this was all for breakfast and he just looked at me and said yes like this is the normal thing. The room was dark. Definitely not worth the money and I am going to call the credit card company to stop payment. Stay far away!! My one-star rating was because I couldn't give it a minus.

Comfortable and quiet One of the workers that worked in the office was kind of rude

. EVERYTHING WAS Very DIRTY,VERY UNCLEAN TV HAD ONLY ONE STATION AVAILABLE, SMOKE ALARM OUT OF ORDER. DIRTY CHAIR, MIRROR OFF THE WALL, CLOSET MISSING DOOR.

The room was clean and quiet. The beds were very good. Nice layout of room. Great price. I was glad there was a fan in the bathroom, but it was loud, even for a bathroom fan. The breakfast was poor. Coffee was empty. Two things for breakfast muffins and granola bars. Pretty lousy. The online checkout was useless, I had to do it all again when I got there. We checked in and then asked for more towels, and we were told housekeeping went home so no towels were available.

Lots of space Rundown, construction or things visibly needing repair

Good for an affordable night .. hotel could use some remodeling...still a good place for an overnight stay ..staff was friendly

The room smelt like smoke, the room was out dated and the closet door was broken. The breakfast was water and muffins and granola bars the staff was not super friendly

The staff were super friendly and nice. Very helpful The stairs. My girlfriend has a bad back and it bothers her going up and down but they aren't real steep so it wasn't terrible.

The staff. Good air conditioner. Had to ask for an Ice bucket. Got charged twice for the room. A couple of lights didn't work. The closet door was broken with no iron and no hair dryer.

The hotel is old, no maintenance, It should be closed a long time

It was very dusty and the TV was small and had no apps to watch stuff the TV kept going out and on

Staff was wonderful,but room-could write clearly in the dust . Tub had dried soap residue on walls. Finger marks on mirrors. 3out of the 4 drawers did not stay shut. Pool was not opened as stated had pool. Was told you can get refund from Expedia. 5 in the afternoon grandsons graduation next day dodnt have time after traveling.You get what you pay for.
