    Not very clean, smelled of dog saliva and dog. There weren't rooms separated by pet friendly and not pet friendly. This is a motel and the rooms don't look as shown, very deceptive. It was budget friendly but that's about it

    The towels had not been cleaned. They had very visible dark spots, as if some maintenance or repair personnel had used them to clean their hands. The other towel was so worn that it no longer looked white. There were scuff marks on the wall and the shower liner. I do believe that this was related to a specific repair or maintenance job done that day and possibly not a consistent issue, but they should have cleaned it and provided new towels. We had hoped to take showers after a long day driving, but we couldn't even do that. The rest of the room was mostly fine. The floor had not been vacuumed. And the floor in the hallway was also very dirty and had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time. Lastly, the people staying at the hotel are noisy throughout. This seems to be a hotel that houses local workers and/or locals temporarily away from home. There were a couple noisy parties going on and only settled after about 1am. The fact that the staff member had to complete our check-in through a security slot is evidence enough that the area is not safe. Staff seemed friendly enough and probably not to blame for these problems, but for anyone traveling with a family and kids I would advise looking elsewhere.

    Location The type of room reserved was not available. We were offered an alternative and due to the time of day, we accepted it. I had reserved a king on the ground floor and was told...sorry it's been taken.

    Did not honor any request on our reservation, wanted an interior entrance and they say none were available, parking lot was less than half full the whole night, probably not opening interior rooms so it should not be listed on their website. Also room smelled of smoke, supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Attendant when checked in was on his phone the whole time, not helpful for any requests on our reservation.

    This resting place is exactly that. I was driving 1850 miles in a week, and the Washington, PA Red Roof Inn provided an ideal place to REST. The staff was efficient and warm. Plus, there are good places to eat close by. The ramp to I-70 West is nearby as well. Thanks to this nice place, my tired legs and back are renewed for the second leg of my journey home. Thank you.

    Pet friendly was our top reason for selecting this Red Roof hotel. We arrived at the hotel after dark. At check-in, the staff behind the counter seemed preoccupied with a guest issue. I was not acknowledged during my wait but the check-in went quickly once the customer service issue was resolved. I reserved a room for 4 and was given only 1 door access card. The room was clean as was the entrance to the building, the entry way, the hall ways and the parking lots. The room only had towels for 2 guests, but the housekeeping staff supplied 2 additional bath towel on request the next morning and did so promptly. There was an ice bucket in the room but I could not locate an ice machine in the building we stayed in. Otherwise, we and our dog and enjoyed the comfortable beds during our 2 day stay.

    Clean room. Towels were pretty stained, and the drain in the tub was extremely slow, but the room was nice, staff was great, and the location was ideal with nearby gas stations, restaurants, and close to the highway.
