The king room was very comfortable and spacious. The reservation agents were very helpful during the check-in and check-out process.

The room carpet was damp and sticky, which was really unpleasant. The hotel convenience store had many items missing, even toothbrushes and toothpaste. The soundproofing was poor, and we could hear the noise from the street outside. A terrible stay experience!

Staff had not allocated a room and although they had my booking, could find a room. Eventually I was given keys to an alternative room. The check in staff were not helpful and chose not to communicate.

It was just ok. Staff were just ok. Some area clean, some not. Hard to say like and dislike. Again, staff was just ok. Not friendly but did what was asked. Hotel and parking Bldg and grounds need attention. Halls dirty and room clean and old/worn too. Very noisy, new windows perhaps. I would not recommend.

Courtyards are consistently a good choice for nightly stays. At this location the front desk was accommodating and appreciated.

The bed was great and the room was clean! The one thing we didn’t appreciate was that housekeeping knocked and opened the door while we were sleeping. Then, we happened to see it happen to the people across the hall as well. Other than that, it was a great stay. The cookies were an awesome touch!

Staff, clean room and comfortable bed. TV was not working at one point when first entering the room. Also, the TV lost Internet service several times.
