AC makes big noise

Rooms were pretty standard - bed, sofa, TV, dresser, desk. The AC unit worked, but was very noisy and positioned right next to the desk, making working from the hotel difficult. In addition, I had near daily connectivity and slow internet speed issues. I ended up using my phone hotspot to be able to work most days.

Second room was almost as bad. Cleaned the filter myself.

You need to pay additional 15.95 per room per night parking i guess because it is downtown. It didn't seem like too safe of area but it worked for a night of sleep

Room was well appointed and reasonably updated. Very clean. Staff member who checked me in was a bit abrupt, not very friendly. You are charged for garage parking.

The stay was very noisy. The fire station is only blocks away, and sirens went off multiple times in the middle of the night, providing no quiet rest at all.

The king room was very comfortable and spacious. The reservation agents were very helpful during the check-in and check-out process.

The room carpet was damp and sticky, which was really unpleasant. The hotel convenience store had many items missing, even toothbrushes and toothpaste. The soundproofing was poor, and we could hear the noise from the street outside. A terrible stay experience!

Staff had not allocated a room and although they had my booking, could find a room. Eventually I was given keys to an alternative room. The check in staff were not helpful and chose not to communicate.
