It was close to where I needed to be The door was super hard to open and close. The toilet was hard to flush. The shower curtain was destroyed and water got every where. I asked for towels and never got them. The evaluator was loud and unsettling

Bathroom had small bugs flying around and hair in the sink. Could use some remodeling. Walls are thin. Could hear everything from the people above us to doors closing! Could even hear the elevator doors from inside the room. Bed was comfortable

Elevator call button was inoperable from 2ed floor Breakfast was not the best. No syrup for waffles dark roast coffee was empty. Trying to contact someone was near impossible. Nothing special

The property is convenient to the highway, but there isn't much in the area. There were only a couple of restaurants nearby. The pool was cloudy during my stay and, although it was very warm out, I chose not to go in. The desk staff was very helpful and were able to figure out the issues i had with my credit card. Its good for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay for an extended time.

The staff was friendly. But when we arrived there weren’t any luggage carts. Apparently they only have 2. We were staying 2 nights and was given 2 each of towels washcloths and hand towels. The next day the housekeeping staff took one of the used washcloths, 1 hand towel and the bath mat. They didn’t leave any clean replacements. When I asked I was told that they were out of washcloths and offered me 2 hand towels. It wasn’t until the last morning that I realized that they took the bath mat without replacing it too. I had to use a pillowcase to prevent slipping on the tile floor. I notified Hampton Inns and was told that I would hear from the manager. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything from the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay the only time I did not like when the kitchen lady was in my face after me if I needed help, knowing I did not need help, she made me feel very uncomfortable and kept staring at me. She had gray hair.

Understaffed, everytime we needed assistance the hotel desk only had one person working on a very busy weekend. Always a wait to get an answer to anything.

Hotel was convenient, clean and our girls loved the pool!

Staff is very pleasant. Bathroom/bathtub needs update. One of the 2 elevators were out upon arrival. 2nd elevator went out also for a period of time
