The staff were super friendly and very responsive as well as appeared confused and equally concerned when I brought my concerns to them fust night. Suite was not vacuumed. There was dirt and debris on floors various places. The were all sorts moderate level crumbs inside couches and chairs when we lifted cushions. My child was going to sleep on couch so I checked to ensure clean but wasnt. Even apple peals found in couch. Housekeeping not working weekend or staff said they would have them tend to it, but gave me a vacuum to do myself and apologized. Paying price per night i did, I would not expect id gave to do it myself or it would be like that to begin with. Our first and will be our last time there. I vaccummed whole suite. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Woke up with whole body soreness, me and my child, lower back aches, and tossed and turned to get comfortable. Ive never had issue like that with a bed at any other hotel/Inn. Maybe beds need to be replaced.

Yes , everyone was wonderful

The pool temp was too cold to enjoy. The hot tub was not working. The pool is also really really small.

Spacious accommodations.

I liked everything!

Older facility. No food on site. I think I will try to get a place next. It is very close to the mountain. Staff was friendly.

The staff were excellent. We had to check in very late and Pat waited up for us! She greeted us with a smile at midnight and was great at check in. This was and is greatly appreciated! My kids absolutely loved the pool. Great stay overall. We would definitely return.

Please reconsider this place it is so out dated the stove worked but kept falling apart. The staff was wonderful but didn't offer any solutions in fact when I asked for a late check out and was told no and when we went out to bring our big bags they locked us out,It was 11:05 really. This place shouldn't be on Hotels, com its a condo. No housekeeping.Plumbing problems and dirty pool. Please do yourself a favor go some place else.

We had a great time and the kids loved being in a big hotel room. The place was ok, needs updated and the pool/jacuzzi was not very clean. The location was perfect, beautiful views and places close by to walk around, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Only issue was the pull out couch still had some debris inside, some found MnM's and Doritio dust on the sheets. Other than that, room was in great shape. Chairs in the living room could use an update.

Great staff and amenities, great location with lots to do. My room was a bit outdated, but friends staying in other rooms were more updated so seems like they are in the process of changing things over. Great (but small) indoor/outdoor pool- fun!

Upon arrival, we were told we did not have a reservation and that there were no rooms available. We were a family of five arriving at 10PM at night. After further investigation, it was discovered that the email from the online booking entity was missed and never opened. After one hour of checking she managed to find an available room and just had to check and make sure it had been cleaned. While the room had been cleaned by housekeeping we found several (gross) items that had been missed in the bedroom: two fake fingernails and a used q-tip. Also there were several "loose" tortilla chips on top of the refridgerator that had been missed during cleaning.

I highly recommend this place! Very nice & the staff was very friendly.

We stayed at room 505. It must be updated. It feels like a motel and shouldn’t be charge over $200 per night.
-
There is a big and nice kitchen, front desk staff friendly, offering free freedom passes

Staff was friendly, great to have access to so many activities (ice skating, tennis, chair lift, etc). Our room was less than clean and a dirty diaper was found under the bed. Size of the room is great for a family- you can spread out, if has a kitchen and large table area great for games and eating.
