Exceptional

The room was clean, but there were a couple of issues I found and a couple of suggestions I have. The issues: There was no hot water running through the sink, but thankfully the shower had hot water. The vanity light at the sink didn't work, and the light switches we're oddly placed, so you didn't quite know which switch would turn on/off which light. Also, the walls seemed to be very thin. You could hear most things happening in the next room and hallway. Some suggestions: The bed was very hard, a tad bit softer would be ideal. My soar neck and shoulder would appreciate it. An outlet by each side of the bed would be nice, not just on one side. The walk-in shower was nice, the fridge worked great and the television was nice and big, but could have used more channel options. The issues really didn't affect my overall stay and I'd stay here again because of its great location.

staff was okay . Not exceptional like Marriot affiliates. The food was not what we expected, just breakfast sandwiches basically. I paid on line ahead and definitely overpaid for that. There was a mix up on our food also, but solved with another trip downstairs. Dirty dishes in hallway all during our stay and food trash in hallway. Trash in parking lot. Hardly any staff around. Disappointing. Expected better. Pocket doors on bathroom would not close and shower spray barely worked. Noisy room, nothing to absorb sound. No one picked up dirty tables Sunday morning, just sitting there at desk looking at it.

Newer hotel with bar and restaurant. Large contemporary room. Located far west of downtown, so I avoided traffic when traveling west the next morning. It is in an undeveloped but developing area, so there are not many stores and restaurants nearby yet. Otherwise it was great.

This is my second time in a month staying at this hotel and I was very intentional in that because I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the first time. I travel solo so it’s perfect for solo travelers. It’s in a perfect location giving that there are restaurants very close around within walking distance. The vibe of the hotel is very vibrant, lively, and inviting! Has a really cool music theme. Kid and teen friendly. The rooms are always exceptionally clean!! Nice bar and amenities with a gym and heated pool. The outside sitting area is nice as well. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have a complimentary breakfast. All breakfast items that they do have is purchase only accept for free coffee. All in all I will definitely be staying here again!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time! The decor is so cool and updated. Will be our go to hotel when visiting our daughter at Drake from now on.

Modern spacious but cozy. Found a long dark hair on one of the bedroom pillows.

Clean, easy to access The bathroom setup was weird. No door to block the shower from the main room, only a partition wall. It was a little odd showering while family members were on the other side of the wall.

Very modern property and well appointed. Staff was great at check-in and bartender was very hospitable. The only a couple negatives , there was only one bottle of water in the room and conditioner, shower gel was empty in the shower.

Across the parking lot from the Vibrant Music Hall; very convenient and comfortable stay for a show.

Wildly convenient location to attend a Vibrant Music Hall event immediately next door via a special sidewalk. And very welcoming to my doggie. He had the best vacation and so did I! Shout out to Almira who took great care of us! All staff was very kind and courteous.
