Overall the stay was okay. Offered everything we needed but have learned booking through a 3rd party apparently doesn’t give contact information to the actual hotel is what we were told. The room we booked weeks ago wasn’t available upon arrival and we already knew everywhere close was already booked due to the multiple events happening in the town and had to just accept the smaller room. We specifically booked a room with a kitchenette and a little more space also due to traveling with a younger child and small dog. Disappointed in the room change and lack of communication prior to. Got the pet fee waived and points to our account to “make it right” but still overall frustrating.

Second time staying at a MSS and was again impressed. Large room, new fittings, clean and very comfortable. Will happily stay again. Large parking for trailers and close to the highway. Arrived around 11:30pm and the noise being made by a group of guests in the lobby was improper. I am very glad we weren't staying in a 1st floor room. There is no way we would have gotten any rest.

bathroom sink and vanity were very tall. Odd, I'm average height, 5'9" and I had to stand on toes to reach everything. For wife, 4'11", almost unusable. Breakfast was hot and fresh, decent selection, but same both days. Out of state car parked next to mine during the night was found to have 2 people sleeping in it. When reported to staff, no action taken. A decent hotel and I would consider staying again to see if anomalies have been addressed.
