Very clean facility and friendly staff.

Not so clean nor maintained property…

The property was dirty. When I arrived in the room, the television was not working, and it took repeated visits by staff fumbling around to get it to work. I had no hot water in my room the entire day. Pieces of laminate were torn off of the bathroom door. There was considerable other damage to the room as well.

This hotel provided a restful night, clean facilities and good breakfast as we were traveling through the area.

Great value for money. Rooms were clean. Breakfast started at 5am which was perfect since we needed to get back on the road early.

Rooms where clean and somewhat updated. Mattress and bed appear to have been extrememly old and low to the floor. Parking was good. I did not stay for the breakfast. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Room very clean, bed and pillows wonderful. Breakfast great. Lobby and outside decorated for spring and Easter. Very welcoming.

The staff was receptive to my needs and went above and beyond to help. The facility needs some upgrades and could be cleaner. For the money not a bad place to stay.

My room smelled like cheese and feet, the carpet was damp my whole day. There was mold growing in the ceiling that they painted over and my last night there there was no hot water.

Room needs some repairs, such as the back of the bathroom door. And perhaps paint and a steam clean and general update as the room deoderizers were nose offensive. I can only surmise that it was a former smoking room. A place to lay your head for a night.

The breakfast was okay. The rooms on the other hand was dirty. Had to go out to Walmart and get some cleaning supplies because they didn't clean the room properly. Had a reclean the bathroom toilet seats had burns marks The bathroom door and main door of the room had scratch marks probably from a dog that scratched the s*** out of it. The bathtub was not clean had a burn mark on it too. The carpet was stained and had a burn mark on that too. The sink in the bathroom was dirty. The trash can was dirty inside and then they did not put a new trash bag and it when we put it outside so we had a dirty trash can without a bag. The microwave was dirty. The AC / heater was not cleaned out there were leaves inside and cobwebs inside.

After we checked in, we found bodily fluid stains on the mattress topper. We left the premises and found a different location.

Very clean with good parking. Staff is excellent. The view of the countryside from the lobby is breathtaking!

We checked in on a Friday evening and stayed until the following Tuesday. The room was never cleaned once. They said it was because they don't have maid service on weekends. But we saw the maids working on Saturday. We specifically asked Monday morning for our linens to be changed and more Kleenex. When we got back that evening, someone had just dropped off new bed and bath linens plus a whole bunch of toilet paper, but they left us no more Kleenex and hadn't cleaned the room. It was gross. When we complained about that, they said that they cannot go into a guest's room when they weren't there. But they did that to drop off the linens and TP. When we checked out, they also tried to charge us about $40 more than the Hotels.com reservation. We brought that to their attention and they made up excuses that made no sense; we successfully disputed it with our credit card company. The room was meh. The breakfast was meh. The area had lots of businesses, which was good. But our stay was not the best.
