Thankful for a lovely stay at AmericInn. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. From the front desk clerk, Ken who was absolutely delightful and exceedingly accommodating. Our room was impeccably cleaned and radiated a wonderful aroma. Breakfast was scrumptious and abundant. If we could bottle up the essence of this hotel and take it with us to during the remainder of our travels we would. If we are ever blessed to find ourselves in Webster, IA again we would joyfully choose this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived to our stay as we had come for a concert in Ames. The hotel is on the very edge of town set back from the interstate. The grounds do not even include trees. 1 person was working the front desk and was helpful with any questions I had. Our room was located up a flight of stairs or just outside an elevator. Our room was clean, organized, and newly updated. The room amenities were sufficient. There was coffee and tea located in the lobby area but did not try. Even though this was a non- smoking hotel, guests chose to smoke within a yard of the main entrance to the right and to the left. For someone allergic to the smoke this made entering and exiting difficult on my asthma. Convince stores and restaurants were located a distance away. Good thing we had GPS to assist with finding anything as the front desk was not helpful. Breakfast was served the next morning, but upon going to it, items were not restocked or were missing, counters and floors were full of spills, and the options given would not support anyone with dietary needs ( i.e. gf options, dairy free options, hard boiled eggs or fruit provided, or none sugered cereals) We tried to find staff to ask for options and no one was available even after waiting. We dropped our key cards off and left. Good place to stay if you need a comfortable room to sleep in but dont expect much from staff or the extra amenities that are included in your staying price.

This is a nice place to stay. I've stayed here a few times and it has not disappointed. It has a nice hot breakfast each morning with clean, comfortable rooms each night.

Staff was great, room was acceptable, parking was good, breakfast was fair not what I'm use to at this property was ran out a lot and luke warm overall not very good at least not what I was use to food for thought always have biscuits and gravy it's an Iowa staple?

Great place to stay in Webster City.

We always stay here when visiting Webster City.

We were put in a room by a huge barking dog that I could smell. It was so gross! Complaining about the barking the staff moved us up tp floor 2, that was pleasant.

We’re able to park near the main entry which was nice since we are older. We were put in a handicap accessible room which was totally unnecessary as we are able older people.

Hotel was wonderful. Showed up early and they let us check in right away and not wait until 3pm. Highly recommend the facility if you need to stay here during your travels.

I was impressed with the great breakfasts and that my room was cleaned with my bed remade, towels refreshed, and garbages emptied. I can't remember the last time I've stayed somewhere when my room was cleaned during my stay. It was great!

Nice location, clean Housekeeping knocking at our door while we were still in bed and then again a little later while we were getting ready

Everything was just fine. I did the online check in but still had to sign the same form, show my Id etc. so that was kind of pointless to do both. But overall friendly staff and clean comfy room. Very safe feeling.
