Front desk hard to get to if handicapped

Location Pool was out of order and they didn't update that when booking was why I booked it to swim

Staff was courteous and very professional. Pool was not working, this was not on the web site. This was one reason why I booked here. We had family meeting us for the weekend and were looking forward to visiting and swimming. I just don't understand in today's digital age that it could not have posted that the pool had mechanical problems - that's what management told me. The blow dryer was filthy, lots of hair and the cord looked like it had never been cleaned. The room that I had and my aunt's & cousins rooms all smelled like stale smoke and ? not sure, maybe urine? Not pleasant. A family was going in their room the same time I was, they came right back out and asked if they had any rooms that didn't smell like smoke. The side entrance of the hotel was filthy, trash everywhere. Most of the chairs were broken, so that wasn't an option to sit and visit with family. The outside pool area was closed off also, so couldn't even sit there. The only option you had was to leave the property or stay in your room. I was really disappointed, I have stayed in several Super 8's, and have always felt that it was a good value. I feel like I was overcharged and lied to because of the pool and lack of the ability to visit with family on site unless you just want to stay in a hotel room. I will definitely be calling the actual hotel to make sure that the amenities listed on their website are actually available. I won't be using this hotel again.

They had the pool closed. No handle on sink to turn on and off. The refrigerator was out of wach it wasn't level and you had to physically move it to open and shut the door.

Was a super clean well maintained property! Pool wasn’t open during my stay.

I liked that because we needed 2 rooms that they have the connected rooms for our large family and little kids. We had our reservations in place for a 3 full bed and a double queen room. We called a week before to ask to have our rooms as close as possible. When we arrived and got the keys to our rooms nothing was informed to us that they had changed the double queen room to a double full due to our request to be close together. There should have been more communication as we weren’t aware of the change until we walked into our room. Beds absolutely need to be replaced.

The room was clean, the bathroom had some black mold in the shower. The listing claims they have pillow top mattresses but they were rock hard. It was quiet.
