Given incorrect room, the accesible room was in poor condition. After getting a different room; it was better but could not sleep due to flying ants in room

Was not clean, couldn’t shower as it was clog, our vehicle got stocked as they blocked our driver door, terrible experience.

The breakfast is only on weekends and the key card stops working after like a day. So it was frustrating to be constantly going to the front office for my stay. These were the two things I disliked. The first room they put us in was super dirty not sure what happened, but they quickly moved me to another room without hesitation, and the next room was really cleaned. I even wiped the floors with my own swiffer and it was clean! The A/C worked amazing, colder than my own home. The pool had some pieces of grass in it but we still ended up having fun in it. For the price point I’d say it was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Pillows were yellow and the tv won't work without an access code. They give y⁸but the remote won't help you navigate the screen. Asked front desk said who ever was in charge wouldn't be there
