Super 8 by Wyndham Weslaco

Desk lady was patient while my bank app took forever to load so I could move money for my pay. A/C was decent, only felt a lil warm a few times. When using the shower, water still came out the tub faucet which effected the shower head water pressure, just odd. Carpet needs a deep cleaning, bit dingey. Saw at least 5 small baby roaches. Including 2 in the fridge, one dead and one moving. I didn't mention it, but another guest must've because a guy came by to treat the room for roaches. My son liked the waffles, not myself. Sausages were good, really loved the coffee. Desk guy was friendly when we checked out. Despite the downsides, I felt safe staying here and slept well.

Older, but very clean and well taken care of for the age and area. The bed was super comfy and the ac worked great- perfect for a stay the night before some dental work across the border!

Todo bien, excepto la chapa del baño q no terminaba de cerrar, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Room 222 smelled real musky when we went in and stayed the night the smell was stronger at night. During the day the ac wasn’t circulating as much so it was super hot. The restroom door didn’t close so we couldn’t change with others in the same hotel room.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She had a great attitude despite having worked double shift. Also, good hot breakfast available for free along with coffee and juices. My favorite were the little sausages. There's also a really neat place to take photos outside by the pool "Welcome to Weslaco".

Good place to stay in I like it

Water bottle with my name ? cool Tub stopped up. Not hotels fault.. Someone cut there hair with clippers. Staff gave me a plunger and all that hair came out...

Great

It smelled bad and let the front desk know and checked out. The room and the lobby smelled to mold. My allergies were going crazy. Front desk was nice and referred me to Expedia to request a refund. However, I reached out to Expedia and now they’re giving me the run around that the hotel has to approve and it’s been more than a month. Every time I reach out to Expedia customer service they ask to give the hotel 48hrs to respond with no response or update from either of them. I assume they just want to not deal with it. So frustrating.

Muy mal

Electric car charger on the property is all I need to be happy when I'm traveling and don't need to feel like I'm on vacation. I always stay here when I go to cross the Nuevo Progreso bridge into Mexico (3rd time) and each time I enjoy my quiet stay while my car charges up. I've never used the amenities but the pool looks fine to me. They also have limited supplies you can buy for a good value and the manager is really nice (at least to me).

AC was very cold. Needs new mattresses.

Everyone was super helpful and nice I have no complaints.
