The room was clean and ac worked well. It's for short stays.

Outdated style, however room was clean room was well maintained.

The room was dirty with what appeared to be some colored liquid (soda, tea, beer) drip marks all over the walls, as if someone had thrown it around. The refrigerator was not plugged in when I got in the room and the refrigerator door would not stay shut properly. It was also dirty on the outside...what appeared to be bug poop around the door seal and counter it was sitting on. There were several bugs in the room when I first got in and saw several roaches during my stay. The bed was nothing more than a piece of plywood sitting on a box with what appeared to be a twin sized headboard screwed to the wall in front (king size mattress). I did not make attempts to leave and go elsewhere because of their rules and policies regarding leaving early (no refunds and possibly other "fees" for leaving early). Didn't want the hassle because I already had a lot on my plate with my reason for visit. I was out of the room mostly during the day handling the business I visited for. So only really showered and slept there. Didn't unpack anything because of roaches. Kept all bags zipped up. Also, front lobby doors are locked at all times. I had to ring several times to get attendant to come out when I checked in. Person spoke very little English and was hard to understand. Will definitely never book here again and advise you to do the same!!

This place was so shady. Woman at the desk suggested my husband and I were there just for sex. Was real weird with us. Cars in and out all night long.

Confortable, Clean & Affordable

Good for a quick stay. Very clean but very outdated. Towels and bed sheets are probably as old as building. Its great for a quick shower, nap, and go.

The registration desk is handled professionally, and they are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and kept up with.

Stayed there 30 minutes. The water smelled like Cxxp and the bed sheets had yellow pee stains.

I didn’t get to see the property. It looked very shady though, and nobody came to the window so they weren’t honestly interested in doing business with people. he wasn’t worth my drive there, especially because I drive a commercial truck and there was nowhere to park the truck so I guess it worked out that I couldn’t stay there

The room I was in didn’t have AC

The room was clean and linens were also clean. The walls were paper thin, we could hear neighbors talking. The a/c was either freezing or hot, no in between.

Room was clean but could use some updating. But who doesnt. Desk lamp needed light bulbs.

Rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. I had daily maid service. Location was great to proximity of Nuevo Progreso. Owners had very little personality, but for the price and cleanliness I didn’t care

I booked this place for the first time 3 years ago, and it turned out to be precisely what I needed after a long, tiring drive. The air conditioning worked great, the shower had good water pressure, and everything in the room felt tidy and cared for. I slept really well and felt safe and relaxed the whole night. It is not fancy, but it has that simple, down-to-earth comfort that makes you feel taken care of.

Lobby door was locked @7:00pm for check in. The lobby door was also locked @10:15am for checkout. Everything was unplugged in the room. Stains on the chairs….. don’t want to know what stains. NOT A FAN
