The whole building smells, either pot, dirty carpet, or drainage. Entrance doors are not secured, room doors were rusty and sticky. Ice machine didn't work. The whole thing was in very poor conditions.

Breakfast was available but we chose to go elsewhere , breakfast at Paris Baguettes was delicious WOW, Broken bathroom door, bathroom door does not open when closed like the security lock is on and had to shake the door real hard for it to open ( the latch does not retract all the way and the door will not open ) awkward if you are by your self and no one can come to the rescue. all the light fixtures need dust to be washed out of them , also some cleaning products are so strong it becomes rear hard to be in the room, the corridor carpets are steaky and the elevator always smells dope everyday

Always quiet, usually clean, slight issue with paper left behind curtains the cleaner missed, but informed front desk.

The young lady at the desk was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet and is in a really good location for business in Tampa. We've stayed at other places a few years ago but only stay at this location in the past 2 years because there is absolutely no negatives on this place! I retired from Commercial flying worldwide for 42 years and 13 years as an OTR Coast to Coast driver so we know a little about hotels, and this is our Florida favorite!
