The staff was absolutely amazing! The rooms were always clean. The golf courses were beautiful and well maintained. The pool and bar area topped it off. Ben, the bartender was great! Can’t wait to go back!

Efficient staff everything went well

No one seemed to know what actual time the pool closed. The blanket on the bed felt like something to wrap furniture when moving.

The overall upgrades they have done were fabulous. Windows had some leaking but they were quick to action and were very friendly and helpful across the board

The tennis clinic was amazing we had the pleasure of working with coach Ed he immediately corrected a lot of my errors in one session we are definitely coming back for more tennis clinics

The highlights were definitely the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the golf course was beautiful and well-maintained. We had an amazing experience at the spa. We used the gym, which was well-equipped. Unfortunately, our room left a lot to be desired. It had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away, which made it difficult to fully relax. The pillows were also some of the most uncomfortable I've slept on. They went completely flat as soon as you laid on them. We even requested extra pillows, but stacking two more still didn't provide enough support—it felt like my head wasn't resting on anything at all. Overall, the property has a lot of great amenities and wonderful employees, but I hope they address the room conditions because those issues had a significant impact on our stay.

Quiet, peaceful, green place to relax and find some exclusive activities as well. Everything is perfect

We did not like the parking situation. Your car is parked on valet parking lot far from where you are staying. Every time you need to access your car, you have to call for a shuttle to take you there. And when you get back, you give your key to parking lot attendants who will park your car. Then you need a shuttle once again to get to your unit. Very inconvenient. We don't plan on staying there again.

This resort is out of this world. Absolutely beautiful! And the staff is si friendly. We had a two night stay and plan to return for a longer stay very soon to really soak in all this resort has to offer!

The room was clean and quiet. The staff, valet and bell hop was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The resort setting is beautiful with gorgeous cypress trees and wildlife everywhere. The facilities have been renovated but still has a classic old Florida feel. The golf course is nice and reasonably priced. The tennis instructors were great especially Warren! Thank you for the input and fun!!

Affter checking out, we reinform the front desk that we had bugs in the room coming out of the sink they said they would be back in touch with us and that was not acceptable. Never heard back.

We enjoyed our stay here! The renovations made this place feel luxurious and fun for our kiddos! We will be back!

A special thank you to the front desk team for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made us feel truly valued as guests. The resort had a wonderful vibe, and the exceptional customer service made it even better. We left with great memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Did not participate in breakfast because it was charged for. Refrigerator in the room icemaker did not work. The toilet in the room leaked. The shower handle malfunctioned and had to be manipulated to turn it on and off. Had to call the front desk and housekeeping three times in the span of six hours to get the bedding changed and a new set of towels.

We were forced to walk in the rain at 2:30 am in the morning from our room the valet area of the reservation/check in area. My cloth luggage was ruined, my laptop destroyed, my clothes soaked? My hair soaked, and same for my husband out belonging that were in our cloth luggage was completely ruined along with charges and other electronics due to being forced to walk in the pouring down rain. I will never forget my experience and we believe due to the color of our skin no options were provided aside from crediting us back 100.00

Had a terribly rude server (who was also the bartender) for dinner at the bar & grill the first night we were there. Also, could immediately tell that the food was incredibly sub-par, Sysco, shipped in frozen food items. It was terrible. There was a large brown stain on the carpet of the living room area of our unit. Also, having to deal with constant pressure to tip the valet and golf cart driver every time you wanted to leave the resort or when coming back to the resort was rude and absolutely annoying.

I was moved to Room 301, which also had insects and spiders. A bellman removed them and checked the room. The room was next to the laundry and ice area, causing constant banging, loud conversations, and nonstop noise. The ice room itself looked as filthy as a gas‑station bathroom completely unacceptable for a resort claiming major renovations. Service issues continued. Valet ignored me, and I waited over an hour for pickup while golfers who weren’t even staying at the resort were prioritized. I was promised a $100 dinner credit that I never received. Breakfast wasn’t any better; I found ants on the dining table. Management was almost nonexistent. The manager briefly walked past me, asked if things were okay, and kept going. The assistant manager offered no help at all. The only positive part of my stay was the staff who actually cared: Samantha, Heaven, Donna at the GOAT Bar, Lynn in the dining room, the bellman who helped with the spiders, and the friendly grounds crew. Their professionalism was the only pleasantry. The resort failed to meet basic cleanliness, management standards!
