Mold on ceilings and doors didn’t lock
-
Room smell like cigarettes and water tv didn’t work.
-
The room had a musty smell. It was cold when we entered into the room. I had some breathing difficulties due to the smell and the stairs. I won't be staying there in the future.
-
The door on the 1st floor was broken and kept slamming when someone entered it. $130-$170 a night is way overpriced for this outdated hotel.
-
Room was not clean. No water in vending machine. Stairs to go to the room. My wife is handicapped.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is always nice to encounter. However, there was musty smell throughout the whole property, and especially in the room which was on the sunken first level. The were stains throughout the bathroom and the room felt humid and moist no matter how we adjusted the controls. We were relieved when it was time to check out.

Never anyone at the front desk and when you can reach them, service is horrible. Turn down Service requests are inexistant.

Pool was closed for maintenance our full three day stay with no communication. Bathtub didn’t have any stopper. A/C was incredibly loud. Stains on sheets and just dirty conditions, very few outlets. Locks on doors did not seem safe or well maintained, especially to adjoining rooms. Breakfast was minimal and poorly labeled. I would not stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. You can tell that it is an older building, but it was very clean. The beds were really comfortable. The pool area was really nice. I was looking for a cheap place to stay for just one night and was impressed with how nice it was for such a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was somewhat ok. Quilt had a smell to it. Breakfast options were very poor.
-
The outside of the hotel needed a lot of work. Weeds, dead grass and overgrown grass with weeds, and also the pavement was broken up here and there.
-
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. I’d prefer all soap to be in the pump type style instead of in bars. I enjoyed that there is a delicious Mexican Restaurant next door. The parking is close to the rooms. It’s very convenient for loading and unloading the car. The pool looked nice. There were people using it when I checked it out. My time went by quickly so I didn’t get to use it.

We called down to front desk around 7am to request house keeping for sheets and towels. The gal said ok and took our room number. When we arrived back to the room 12 hours later, nothing had been touched! We spoke to the employee on duty at the front desk and she had several excuses and wasn't apologetic. She said in order for us to get fresh towels, we'd have to bring down the dirty ones. Bedding wasn't even mentioned. Back to the room we go and gather up towels and pillow cases. She eventually came from the back with towels only as the pillowcases were still in the dryer. The employee said she'd bring them up. Never heard a knock on our door. Upon check out, a different employee was on duty and was apologetic for the service we received. Hoped we'd give them another chance. No mention of any sort of compensation. We weren't asking for the whole room to be clean-just clean linens! Oh...and there was no new roll of toilet paper so had to use kleenex for the night.

Tiffany was great and as helpful as she could be, with what she had to work with.
-
The building is old and not the most well kept (overgrown grass, smells kinda funny, doors stick, etc.), but if you need a quick place to stay overnight that's cheap, it was fine. The two ladies we met at the front desk were wonderful though!
-
I never stayed there and never booked a room so why was I charged? I demand a full refund.
-
Room was very clean and quiet.
-
Quiet room, property is dated and looks to be in process of needed upgrades. Friendly staff, basic breakfast, nothing special that stood out i.e. no fresh fruit.
