Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh West Homestead/Waterfront

The hotel is in an excellent location!!!! And the staff was great!!

Customer service was great but hotel is outdated. Smell in the room. Wet carpet area by the AC unit. Fitness center was dirty. People who work there are great but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Didn’t really expect this from a Marriott. Skip!

Clean room other than the pillow case having some type of stain on it lol it was clean but needed a new case and the TV may need updated but other than that the bed and room were clean.

Our room was not ready for over an hour after the listed check-in time. The front desk staff only apologized and told us how busy they were, but made no effort to do anything for us since we had to wait an extra hour for the room. The room itself had had many repairs and they were not well done. They were very obvious, including a hole in the tub, rust all over the bathroom floor behind the toilet, and a patched hole in the wall behind the toilet that was not painted. There were also several lightbulbs that didn’t work in our room. And they used scented fragrance in the room to cover up a horrible smell, and it was terrible.

the only bad thing was that there was only free coffee on weekends...

As I was not feeling well, I requested toast from the kitchen, and to extend my stay by a second night. As the kitchen was closed, they could not meet my request. And in order to stay a second night, I would have to get dressed, pack all my bags check out and check in. Instead, I left.

It was very convenient to the event we were in town for.

Staff were nice. Good coffee at the bistro. Excellent outdoor parking. Next to Costco gas station. Very near the waterfront open mall with a lot of restaurants, shops, and movie theaters. Enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Air conditioning in the room was great. Bed was comfortable.

On the positive side, the bed was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the breakfast schedule did not work well with my routine.

This hotel is in a wonderful location! We enjoyed the variety of seating opportunities in the lobby areas.

Hotel was warm and welcoming, many comfortable public spaces to sit and relax. The room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Bathroom so up-to-date and clean. The staff was kind, helpful and cheerful!! Love the Marriott!

Convenient parking and restaurants availability. Staff was friendly and property well maintained. Room was clean, great shower, but beds too soft. View was very nice.

Then they label my children as adults. Very strange. You may have got my business this ONE time, but I will not be back.

Location was excellent! James, the front desk representative is professional and a value to the hotel. Better coffee maker.
