For this trip when we checked into room 526 the telephone was broken, the TV was broken, and the door would not lock upon closing, so anybody could just walk in when we went down to the lobby to change rooms. Water was dripping on our heads from vent overhead the ice machine was broken as well.

Breakfast, coffee were a big plus. Hotel staff were super friendly and nice. River was nice to look at Pool WAS NOT HEATED as advertised. And dirty The railing going into entrance of pool was completely broken wiggling and my son whom is autistic and that's why we needed the pool slipped and hurt his toe. They were notified Amma we were there 3 days 2 nights. Water was so cold and you could smell chlorine outside was so strong. Then, we had no cold water to take a shower.I could not shower my son and nor me and my husband.. We tried to get moved rooms which they were very nice about. But my husband went and checked the other room. There was also no cold water. So there was no decent showering for nobody. It upsets me that I paid $324, and I couldn't even get clean towels in my room. We used two of them, and I opened them and took a video. There were stains, looked like ruster coffee and they smelled. So we were here to celebrate my husband's birthday at a state. I drove five hours from michigan, and this is what I got to sleep at, I am not happy.

Nothing... Manager is terrible !!! The Manager !!!!
-
The staff and amenities At arrival there were large red stains on the carpet, a stained mattress pad cover on the couch bed when opening,a tub with a broken drain that would not hold water to soak my legs and back. We also found a broken circuit breaker on a plug needed to charge our phones. No vent in the bathroom and the shower. Urging rod was falling off the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. Although the staff arrived immediately to fix the bathroom condition stayed the same. For this reason I would not recommend a stay

The location and the hotel were very nice The staff was rude and condescending. We called the day before to have a early check-in confirmed which it was and they put it on my reservation. When I got there the desk clerk who was totally clueless, told us that there were no rooms clean and that the maids are working on it. He tried to reach the maids but couldn't get a hold of them or the manager by phone. Didn't try and do anything to help. Then some man came in with drinks and the next thing I no, he is behind the counter talking to my sister. He was very condescending. He said they never guarantee early check-in when my sister I stated that we were never told that he told her to calm down and let's match tones. He was very very rude. Wouldn't let her speak. And then miraculously they had a room available

They let us book but would not let us stay because we live in pittsburgh. Very rude, unprofessional and discriminatory. No warning of this no locals rule posted on any site or in the building.

We’ve stayed there before. The cleanliness was so different. The carpet was dirty and stained. There were mold stains in the shower.
