Clean place, check in and out were quick and easy, very close to Publix grocery store and other restaurants.

Excellent hotel, team and location.

Recently updated everything felt new and clean. We had a King on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. The room was super spacious with a well appointed kitchen area including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The rate for this room was very reasonable and worth every dime. The room was quiet as well. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. While there were plenty of places to sit the sofa and desk chair were not comfortable and the bed was really firm. My only criticism. Also the property is located near a lot of restaurant and shopping.

At every Courtyard Marriott the stuff is always so nice and insanely helpful. They have peak customer service.

Balcony room is my hidden stress relief and guilty pleasure..Definitely separates your establishment out

the toilet as too low

One evening, we did have noisy neighbors after midnight. Don't know where the sound was coming from, but I think it was next-door in the room next to us. They finalLy quieted down.

Clean great staff friendly , no free breakfast very disappointed, no coffee had to buy Starbucks which I hate . Never stayed anywhere without coffee in lobby for staying there!!! Parking great

My wife and I and our puppy had to stay there while moving from Washington state to Florida, The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and the beds were nice

There are many wonderful places to stay in Melbourne both hotel and Arbnb. As a beach lover I always prefer to be the near the water and if I could move the Courtyard by Marriott to the beach I would. So it is saying alot when I chose to stay here and drive the 10 mins to the beach. Everyone is always nice, place is clean, food is great, and the team takes pride in getting to know their guest personally. Also it is one of the only hotels that has a balcony!!! Love it here!

The facilities were great gym was coo,l pool is nice. Checking in at reception was not good
