The desk clerk was very friendly. the lobby has been in a state of disrepair for over 15 years, Things in it are covered with sheets. The faucet in our room has been loose for the 15 years as well. We stopped mentioning it as it is never addressed. The room had a bad odor like a cat urinated in it, but we were tired and just went nose blind to it. We were only staying the night and won't be staying there again.

This hotel was cute as a button. It is an older property that has been updated so well. Great lobby area with ample place to sit and work, even an office area with printer. Decore is night with lots of natural light and all of the staff are super friendly and professional. I work in hospitality and wanted to hire the guest agent. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Two must have for me to leave a 5 star review. What I loved the most was the cute courtyard area they created. At night it felt magical even though we're were in the city. Also very pet friendly. Note the special area for furr babies in the pics. Great job team.

Location not convenient to anything. Beds were comfortable and the drip coffee maker worked just fine. Seems totally over priced.

Very affordable and clean. Rooms are large. They had smoking rooms once we got there and that’s was very nice

Exceptional

I checked in at 3 o’clock walked up to the room put my bag in that it had a smell. I came back about 11 o’clock that night and grab my belongings and left. I did not sleep in the hotel smell like cigarette smoke need to clean carpet and have some kind of deodorizing in the room. The smell was terrible.

Hotel was next to expressway making it convenient to get to most places
