Needs new management

MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS I HAD NO AC FOR 24 HOURS OF THAT STAY! I NORMALLY NEVER WRITE REVIEWS OR EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT HARDLY MUCH IN LIFE! BUT THAT DARN AC/AIR CONDITIONER? I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT.......paid over $108.00 for the last minute check-in. Also! everything else was fine just that!

Good location. Room was okay for the price. Room had giant dead bugs 🐛 on the floor that they say were coming from the pool. For that reason alone I would not recommend staying there. The so-called manager was very rude and disrespectful. Stay at your own risk. You've been warned.

Terrible area, doors don't shut properly non smoking room, but it smelled of smoke.

Large group of individuals in the parking lot playing loud music and shouting from the time I arrived until sometime after 3am. Occupants in the rooms on both sides of me were apparently competing to see who could smoke the most marijuana. The obnoxious odor and even the smoky haze was constantly invading my room. The place is a complete dump that is overrun with hood rats and dopeheads. I travel all over the country for work, averaging 4 to 5 overnight motel stays per week, As a result, I've seen the good, as well as the bad. This place was the WORST I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were so disgusting. The floors were filthy with mystery liquid stains on the floors. I didn’t want to touch anything. The chair in the room had ripped fabric. The stairs leading into the room were dark, very dirty. I would have left if we could have but we were exhausted after a 13 hour drive. Yes it’s cheap but it wasn’t worth it. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

Got checked in and went to the room. It was completely dirty. Leftover food in the microwave. The door wouldn’t even shut. Dead roaches in the bed and on the floor. Bed bugs in plain sight. Dirty sheets and stains on the headboard. My wife and I immediately asked for a refund and found another hotel

The air conditioning leaked water and stop cooling the room no one came to get the water up and no one thought of us being guess getting to hot so room 162 was ok but unsatisfying to my last day

Warning! The photos are from many, many years ago when the hotel was new; now it is completely old and dirty. I was so sad a frustrate. But I was the middle of the nite and I was so tired from the very long drive to look for other option. Please don't trust the reviews—the reviews are misleading. Many drunk people around your room, that makes you feel unsafe. Mold in the bathroom. Very dirty mat at the entrance. Very, very dirty stairs. Strong smoke dirty and weed odor inside the room and the hallway. The sheets and the pillows have stains. Mediocre breakfast. Since you arrive everything is totally different from the pictures on the hoteles.com, they have to please change the pictures and tell the true.

The room was out dated and dirty, the remote didn’t work, pool was dirty and it properly in the back looked like an extended stay with drug users hanging out knocking on each other’s doors having conversations standing around. I felt unsafe at this location.

However, someone in parking lot was running a generator on their camper. Not sure if they just parked there or staff allowed them. Luckily it wasn't close to my room or I'd be more upset dealing with that noise all night.

It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby
