Days Inn by Wyndham West Memphis

A total vibe, the pool was super clean and the breakfast was hot and fresh this morning.

Sadly, the property was poorly maintained, cracked windows covered with clear tape. Black mold on bathroom and bedroom ceilings. Floors needed swept and mopped. Bathtub needed a good cleaning and hair removal. Worn furniture. I would not stay there again. Other folks partying out side close to our room for many hours into the night.

Our room was not cleaned , the beds wasn’t made , blankets piled up on the dresser and beside the bed , garbage was full , chicken crumbs was on the table and dirty underwear on the floor in the bathroom , the receptionist tried her best to get us another room but she only had two rooms available and we was not separating due to having 3 little kids. So we was out of that money and had to find another place to stay !

When I went to check in, I was told that there were no rooms available even when I had a reservation for 2 rooms. Was told that once rooms become available, they give the rooms to whoever is checking in with or without a reservation. THEY GIVE THE ROOMS TO WHOEVER.

We go to this place every year for my birthday and our wedding anniversary for the last 6 years and it was great. We WONT be going back. Room was dirty had the coffee but NO coffee maker asked 3 times for one never got it. Trash bags where left in front of our door so every time we opened door flies came in the room. Woke up the 2nd day door was standing open, key card wouldn't work had to bump door to get it open. Floor was so nasty it left my feet black. We asked for another room never got it. If I hadn't already paid I would have left that first night.The pool was green never got to use it and it was 90 degrees outside so that pool would have been great. I have pictures i am sending to corporate office we were disappointed and will be going somewhere else from now on.

We were late getting there and this property released our room to someone else. Most unfriendly and unhelpful staff ever. Do not recommend

Clean room great housekeeping

Room looked pretty good when opened the door, floors never clean, if you go barefooted or in sock feet your feet will turn black or your socks will, we stay here often, love the staff but the room floors are awful, breakfast was good, they didn’t have liquid creamer like the usually do, no apple juice and the orange juice was unsweetened so sour, besides that on the casino side the step was closed it was so inconvience to get to room, there was no ice in either of the ice machines, my refrigerator didn’t have a freezer which I needed for my ice packs, our comforter had something crusty on one side beige in color looked like dried seamen, even tough I really like me the lady at desk I will be looking for another hotel, they need to do some serious remodeling or patch up something’s before they have to shut down for major renovation!

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival in our room we noticed coffee maker was missing, however coffee was supplied. Front reception offer a cup of coffee from the lobby which was very considerate. TV did not work. Soap had been opened and floor could have been swept and mopped. We had to wear out shoes in the room. Pool could definitely be skimmed and shocked. Green algae in the bottom of the pool. Best feature of location would have to be the staff. Casino next door is loud. But that is not the fault of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner in our room barely work we sweated all night.. the stairs closest to our room were covered in caution tape they were falling apart.. the swimming pool was out of order . That’s the reason I chose that hotel.. we ended up staying only one night even though I paid for two oh yeah let me tell you about the spiders in the bathroom we drove five hours home after we saw several spiders in the bathroom

Room Was Clean For The Most Part. Air Conditioning Was Great Just Very Loud When Trying To Sleep. Not Much Of A Luxury Stay, Very Mid But Good For If You’re In Town For A Day Or Less. Other Than That It’s Okay & Connected To One Of The Best Restaurants In West Memphis, ‘Margaritas’.

I have no idea how this place can have a 7 rating in the deplorable conditions it is. The smell of urine in the bathroom gave me a sensation of being in a public bathroom.

Very cold room. Highly recommended.

Worst hotel i ever lived in. Never rent it. Cockroaches every where.
