Southland Casino Hotel

Some of the staff are very unfriendly..

What a great hotel very clean and the food offerings were great.

Quite, not a lot of noise on our floor Hard to order food from the room, had to walk down to get it , and I wasn't feeling to well

Very nice

First thing we found a water leak under the bathroom sink and the was all wet. The maintenance man was promptly there and took care of it. The room was nice and roomy with little extras, like real half and half for the coffee. There were some cleanliness issues however, handprints on the window, something gross on the decorative bed pillows and the bathroom floor was sticky.

Our second stay and will again. Clean, comfortable, well organized hotel and casino. Respectful and nice staff, good experience for any occasion.

The whole atmosphere

A little frustrating and inconvenient to have to show your id and get searched every time you step outside. Every time I took my dog outside to use the bathroom and every time my fiancé went outside to smoke a cigarette we got searched and had to show ID. Felt like I was always being watched by the cops and security, they even came to our car with hotel management when I was grabbing my fiancé medicine… I’m 7 months pregnant. The Thursday night before is mediocre at best. That buffet is nothing without crab legs. The desserts were old and nasty. A lot of the food was sad and limited.

Fun and welcoming! Everyone seemed to have time for me.

had fun I am grateful customer service. Thank u.

Nice clean big rooms, awesome shower. Air conditioner in. A bad place so room was a bit hot.

The room was very spacious! The staff was very friendly. And it was in a very safe location.

Everything was wonderful. I will stay again in the near future. Thank you.

Try your luck somewhere else. This place just took and did nothing in return.
