The property had an excellent location. The room was very clean and smelled good.

Bathroom cleaning issue was corrected immediately I must stay was great!

Breakfast was too notch and the service was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Loved everything, really. Started with a warm welcome from Misty D at the front desk, the quiet that allowed me to sleep during the day (I’m a travel nurse that work nights). The breakfast was good, loved the fact that I could cast on the TV. PLUS when I put up my “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door, NO ONE DISTURB; that’s very important to me.

Freezer in the room was not operable. The actual room was nice, but the location was very challenging to be a welcoming stay.

On the website it stated that I was selecting and paying for a 1 BR w/a pull out sofa. When we arrived does not have 1BR’s, only single's and doubles. There were 4 of us and it was quite crowded. We had to track housekeeping down daily for 4 sets of towels, toilet paper and garbage bags.

My favorite place whenever I'm in town! They never disappoint

The cleanliness of the room was the biggest issue. The floor was never slept even when we requested room services for our three days, we had to ask Orr more towels each day when there was 3 of us and a child, and the sheets where stained and not changed once during our stay. The staff itself was AWESOME and the food was AMAZING.

Wonderful rooms. Breakfast is top notch with everything you could ask for with a great breakfast. Hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff is very helpful and professional.

Overall clean. My shower head and knob was broken. They came to fix it pretty quickly.

The location was excellent for us - we just needed a place to rest our heads for the night.

Always a great stay

Found a big cockroach in between the doors that connect rooms. (Thought it was a closet door) I was so tired I didn’t care. Floors looked dirty and shower floor had permanet stains on it. But it was cheap so get what you pay for!

Our stay was very comfortable! We really appreciated the use of the free shuttle into Memphis. Clean room, helpful staff and a good sleep. Just what we needed after a long drive.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.
