Ramada by Wyndham West Memphis

The hallway, was very humid and hot. There was huge spot on the wall near the bathroom that looked like a very bad patch job from a big hole in the wall. There was dark mold spots on the pipes above the door in the bathroom. It was just very unclean. Also there is barbed wire hung all around the pool. Just was not the best welcoming hotel I've been in.

The room was clean but the walls in the hallway need paint. We went to breakfast early and the waffle batter was out so we had wait while the attendant made more. The bed was too soft. There were people going in and out of their rooms all night.

it lacks the convenience of warm food and the juice machine only has 2 flavors instead of 4 and the ice machine down stairs still broken the parking lot still has a lot of pot holes in it

N O T H I N G ! ! ! First room smelled of someone cooking drugs. The door & walls were badly scratched by an animal. Second room wasn't much better. Spend the extra $, stay in Memphis!

It was clean and smelled clean The ice machine on the ground floor did not work, the bathroom light did not work, lamp in bedroom did not work, ac didn’t get cold, shower did not get cold

Looking at the Orbitz site the pictures of the place paints a somewhat nice to place to stay. Even though some things were updated a lot were not. Also, it appears as if they intentionally keep dim lights in the room which doesn't allow anyone to see things upfront. The bathroom at first sight gives off the appearance of being clean but upon further inspection you can clearly see the bathtub / shower has a dingy film and the toilet as well.

check in was easy the room. wall paper was coming off and there was mold underneath it. the bathroom also had mold and was just disgusting

Location The worn down room

My grandson was in a baseball tournament and we had to stay here because we couldn’t get a refund. The bedding seemed to be clean A Lot! The first room the AC didn’t work at all and the room we were moved to the AC sucked. We had to go purchase a fan to be cool enough to sleep The second floor was so hot. We used the side entrance to access to our room and there was a car parked there and there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car. There are signs up saying that the hotel is not responsible for your vehicle, or any of your property. The fridge and microwave had food spilled in them the coffee pot was growing mold. Mold in the bathroom. Towels were stained. Bar wire around the pool fence.

Breakfast was nice your norm cereal, waffles muffins, juice, the morning lady at the office was very nice and very pleasant

Staff was amazing!!! Convenient location not bad for the area. Air conditioner not the best. Room needs a little bit of updates.

The fire alarm with flashing light and loud noise started at 2 am and it took 3 hour to stop it. And there is no way to request refund. Worst experience ever!

Great location The breakfast is really poor in fact it stinks. They had the best breakfast in the past , what happened I don’t know.
