Location Room was paid for in advanced and when I arrived was told they couldn't accommodate me with my room preference and didn't have anymore smoking rooms. Which I had no choice but to accept a non smoking room because my money couldn't be refunded

The breakfast was simple but good. I enjoyed it. The parking was really close to the room. It was a short distance to many attractions in West Memphis, AR and Memphis, TN. The ice machine didn't work on my floor. There was a very large roach in my bathroom sink on my last day, but Management noted my concern upon checking out.

Place felt like a sauna. Air conditioner in the rooms were no help. We switched from one room only to end up in the same situation. Phones were for show, television was a good brand but had a cable into it showing static all night. Felt robbed

Refrigerator leaking all ove the floor.. not one single vending machine ..ice machine didnt work.. the beds were lumpy and wrinkled like they just through the spread over the dirty sheets and the airconditioner kept it a balmy 78 degrees.. when i went to the front desk they offered no explanation nor would they give another room. .i expect to have my money refunded .

I like the pool and not much else.. Staff was nice, Lobby seemed nice also. The room was Horrible and run-down....... The floor was super stained and seemed really dirty; I wouldn't step on the carpet without shoes. The bathtub wouldn't stop leaking, lamps/switches weren't working.
