Place felt like a sauna. Air conditioner in the rooms were no help. We switched from one room only to end up in the same situation. Phones were for show, television was a good brand but had a cable into it showing static all night. Felt robbed

Staff was nice, Lobby seemed nice also. The room was Horrible and run-down....... The floor was super stained and seemed really dirty; I wouldn't step on the carpet without shoes. The bathtub wouldn't stop leaking, lamps/switches weren't working.

The towels and bed were clean. Room had a bad odor, like mold. Bought air freshener spray. Did not help. Door was warp had trouble opening and shutting. The key didn't open outside door. Got anothet guess to let us in. No hot water, just luke warm. No pressure in water. Air conditioner didn't cool down room.

The air didn’t work in my room and they started they can’t mover to another room also stated they couldn’t refund me because i booked through a third party I didn’t like Nothing at all about this property they were very rude and they said breakfast was included but it was just a waffle
