Ramada by Wyndham West Memphis

Parking lot had several potholes no matter which way you go . The outside was nice but my room was horrible. The door was off track and hard to close. The furniture was old . The rooms are in need of an update!!!

The room door was broken, hard to open or close, the bathroom shower was very slow, and the sink tap was very hard to open or stop. They really need to work on the building. There was a weed smell everywhere. Breakfast was just bread and waffles, no juice or fruit or anything.

Nothing to like about this property. In breakfast they were not able to provide a simple bread. It is a scam like include breakfast in the room reservation

Property not well maintained.

The hotel was dirty, no staff at the front desk when I arrived. Our room door didnt have a lock so we had to wedge chairs between the door and table to keep it shut fully. The guy said there was no other room for us. I can go on for a while of negatives.

Staff was great room okay No light in bathroom sheet was fuzzy and bench by window had stain on it floor was a little dirty and door on back was proped open

It’s not clean room and hotel, the air conditioner was bad

Nothing. Not as described in the pictures. My door wouldn’t close all the way, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the phone didn’t work. The A/C was barely running. Pillows were flat. And the floor I was on had windows out to the hallway with curtains that didn’t shut all the way.

Will never ever stay there again

Staff was friendly Needs a cleaning The air conditioner could use an upgrade as well as the fridge and the rest of the room.

The room has holes in the wall along with no lights truly working. The smoke detector was taken off and sitting on top of the tv area. The light sin the bathroom didn’t work and the curtains used to give the room privacy were broken. The chair at the desk was broken as well. No level of care was put into the rooms anymore. Also the hallways smelled like marijuana.

Close to the highway so it made it easy to jump on the highway to go home. Where do I start...the price per room should have been our dead giveaway. Once you walk into the building where the rooms are you immediately get hit with cigarette smell. They are supposed to be non-smoking rooms. Our rooms ac didn't work well. Ants were crawling on the bed. I didnt dare walk on the floor barefoot. There seemed to be people living in the room next to us and their cigarette smell was coming into our room causing my husbands asthma to act up. The hall way was full of pizza boxes and trash. The bedding didn't seem to be cleaned, just beds remade. Wallpaper peeling off the wall and the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. We were there a total of 10 minutes to long then turned our keys in with a refund. The guy at the counter didn't even seem surprised. Back in my day Ramada Inns were nice and higher class...this was more like rent by the hour. All the rooms needed was the quarter machine next to the beds to make them vibrate. We were traveling so we needed a room to sleep and still wouldn't stay there. We ended up finally finding another hotel (most hotels in West Memphis were sold out) and paying way more but it was worth it. You definitely get what you pay for.

This hotel need to be torn down.. no way I would have spelt in that room. And it was so freaky stanky. Walls was nasty. Holes in the walls. Refrigerator was nasty. It was awful

I enjoyed the staff

Dirty, moldy rooms. Bugs crawling around in the halls. Homeless people hanging around the hallway access doors outside at night. Steer clear of this place, it’s not worth saving a few bucks

I was quite surprised that this hotel was a Ramada. This hotel was old and not kept up. The hallway outside the rooms is not air conditioned. I thought it might be loud since it was close to the interstate, but it was quiet in the room. The mattress was not firm at all. I sat on the edge and thought I might hit the floor. I had to find a place it the middle away from broken springs to sleep. There are doors on the side to get to the hallway. You do have to use your card key to get into this door, but I noticed someone propped the door open in the am -- probably to load his car, but that is a safety concern.
