Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed . Loved the bathroom shower and toiletries. Breakfast was simple, but good.

The breakfast was OK, but not on par with other Hilton locations Loud music in the lobby, depleted body wash in the shower, shower door leaked onto floor, reception personal barely friendly, room was fairly spartan (few places to hang clothes, only one chair, there was even a sign that more storage space is under the bed, but there wasn't even that - you can't access the space under the bed), hallway smelled moldy

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location. We were doing a lot in Memphis, and we didn't want to have to hassle with paying to park and traffic trying to get into a hotel. The room was nice. The bathroom door kind of "drug" and scraped across the floor when opened and closed. The staff was excellent! Miss Nicole and Miss Renee were professional and very nice! We would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Windows super thin, couldn’t sleep for freeway traffic. Mattresses not comfortable. Pool reeked of chlorine. Breakfast cheap, processed foods.
