This property is quite run down, but I could tell the flooring was new in my room and there were roofers doing a replacement while I was there, so I know the owners are putting money into improving the situation. This motel has something others in the area don't - it's not sitting right next to I40, which means you can actually get to sleep because you aren't hearing road noise. My room smelled like a pipe smoker had lived in it for 20 years, which wasn't great, but the bed was super comfortable and the double air conditioner setup meant any heat/humidity in the room was quickly dealt with. The shower had soap at the ready, but no shampoo (unless it was hiding somewhere). The only thing I missed was an in-room coffee maker. I think the price was fair, all things considered.

It was very dirty from toilet, bath tub, wall, refrigerator, smell very strong cigarette smell all over the room from pillows to blankets even though it was a non smoking room. I will not trust this company. It was awful!!!!

Nothing The bathroom sink was stopped up. The walls was dirty. The line on the bed was dirty. The room smells the toilet would not flush. I tried to go get new line so that I could clean the room. The owner was very rude. Had to go buy my own blanket just horrible.

The room I stayed in was very old, smelling musty, the bathroom smelled like pee, the bathtub had hair and was full of stains, the minibar was dirty, there was even a bat sleeping at the entrance door of the room ?? I'm not a very demanding person, having the basics is great, but my stay at this hotel was the worst I've ever had

I'll spring for something better next time, but this place was okay. I heard a lot of noise from the interstate when I went to bed and was woken in the middle of the night by people yelling in the parking lot. My room had three very small square "pillows" instead of the larger rectangular ones I am used to (see picture). Those were not comfortable. The bed was not especially comfortable or especially uncomfortable either. The place was clean and roomy and the people in the office gave good service.

This is a small family-owned hotel. No frills but comfortable at a great price for a five night stay. The staff is nice and the rooms are very clean, and the bed was wonderful. I rested well. It’s located right off hwy 40/55 in West Memphis, Ak. It’s close to Southland Casino, and Memphis, Tn is right across the river. Many restaurants are in the area, too. all and all, is was a good stay.

There was people hanging out on second floor and came from bushes area like they were living there, so more like these rooms were rented out maybe weekly. We entered the room and looked around and left. Did not look safe at all. Ended up driving the rest of the way home.
