Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike

This hotel was extremely clean. Rooms were well stocked and clean. Breakfast was very nice lots of items for your pleasure. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Elevators were down when we got there but they went back up relatively quick it seemed. Buffet so so. Rooms clean. Good place to stay for one night.

Nice and quiet area at night, rooms are comfortable and clean!

Everything wwas great, staff friendly,

Disappointed.

Elevators didn’t work. Hallways smelled awful. Room was very hot all night. Front desk staff was lively though and very helpful. The property just needs some love. Wasn’t worth the $220 price tag

Clean room, staff was very friendly. I will stay there again when in that area.

Amazing experience Robert at the front desk was very helpful

Better than I expected. Location was fantastic from the amphitheater for my concert. Continental breakfast was unexpected and was fantastic! I was granted late check out. This place is perfect

Was close to shopping

Clean Hotel and nice staff very comfortable laid back vibe.

Great service

Over all, 5 stars and we will definitely stay here again if we need to stop in Palm Beach. Very clean and very friendly staff. Thanks for a great experience.

It was a very good and clean place to stay and very convenient the breakfast is amazing very clean very spacious. The pool was beautiful. The atmosphere was amazing.

The room smelled like smoke. The staff at the front desk was rude. I will never stay at a Hilton again. I want a full refund for my stay. There was mold on the window. It was totally disgusting.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I do wish their shower heads were better. I have thick hair and the pressure wasn’t enough to feel as though I was getting all the shampoo out. Hot breakfast is good, although make sure you get there early because it’s a small space for a lot of people. The only issue I had was that checkout was at 11 am, and my brother showed up in my room at 10 am because the housekeeper had been knocking on their door since 9 am “needing to get the room ready.” After the third time she knocked, they left and came to our room. Otherwise a very nice place and I would stay again!

All things at the hotel were great

The elevators have no ac, our room was over the front lobby doors and you could hear them all night long when they opened or shut. Had a musty like smell also.

It is a very comfortable place and a great spot to stay with your dog. It’s excellent.

I have been staying at this hotel for several days now; it is spotless, the staff are all friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Although I initially planned to stay for only a day or two, I decided to extend my stay due to scheduling needs, as the hotel is much cleaner and better maintained than other places. It looks like I will be staying here for a few more days.
