On the downside, it was disappointing that a couple mechanical items in the room needed fixing, namely the hand-held shower head, which had very low water pressure, making it almost useless, and a window shade that could not be raised because it didn’t respond to the remote. These issues were reported at checkout, so hopefully, they’ll soon be fixed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel is updated and very clean. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable; towels and bed sheets were as well. I like that they offer coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7, with good selections of teas. Personnel were professional, and breakfast was ok.

I stayed here for a short stay to attend a conference at Keiser University. I thought this was a perfect place to stay. It was in the low to middle range for price, But the free breakfast is amazing, I didn't have any troubles whatsoever waiting for the elevator, my room was quiet and spacious, and the 24/7 coffee station was a huge help. The room thermostat controlled the air perfectly and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. I will definitely stay here again.
