The amazing staff were the only redeeming quality of this hotel. There was trash all over the parking lot, including liquor bottles, pet waste, and food left rotting outside of the dumpster for days. The entire hotel reeked of smoke, even though it says it’s a smoke free property. It was obvious “residents” smoked in their rooms. There were people passed out from drug usage right up the street as well. It’s a shame because this looks like a fairly new hotel. They were having work done on the hotel and you could tell the workers were staying onsite. They were constantly outside smoking and drinking as well as partying in their rooms.

The hotel smelled like cigarette and the pillows were like flattened cardboard and very small. I only stayed one night so we made it work.

Good customer service, cleanliness

The other guests were super loud to the point where myself and my children were woken up out of our sleep . The walls are very thin which made hearing everything even more irritating The noise level

My stay was terrible! Rooms without curtains—are you serious? The TV in the room next door was blaring from 3 a.m. and stayed that way until I checked out; I called the front desk, but no one answered (I suppose there’s no one there at 3 a.m.). Honestly, it felt like a cheap inn.

It was affordable but the beds weren’t comfortable at all, very clean overall place for the value of the cost.

Location Everything was great. Except you had a kitchen with no utensils. Doesn't make sense. Have a least 2 plates spoons forks knives a pot and bowls.

The first room smelled strongly of mold, so we had to ask to change rooms. During our stay, no one came to clean the room, and we had to ask for toilet paper and towels because there weren't enough for the guests. There was a lack of maintenance in the rooms, and we couldn't access the hotel Wi-Fi—we were unable to connect, even though we were on a business trip.
