Woodspring Suites West Palm Beach

The floors felt wet and dirty all at once . There were only 2 pillows and no extra available in the entire hotel. The bed wasn’t even like an actual bed it was a cheap metal frame with a mattress. The staff was friendly but I just wish for $200 for my stay it was a little bit nicer .

Forth floor, not so great. Two small bed pillows. No blackout curtains. TV, microwave and refrigerator are good! Tub, good!! Clean!!

Great place to stay. Room was clean. Bathroom was huge. The area around the hotel was very busy.

The staff needs to have a better attitude

There were no dishes or pots/pans to cook with or eat with. I assume I had to go ask for them, but since we didn't need them, we didn't bother. The room was clean and updated, but the bed was not comfortable (as mentioned by others). The clientele trashed the parking lot. Would I stay again for one night? Probably because the price was cheap and it wasn't really that far from the concert at ithink. Would I stay extended? Only if there were no other choices. Not because of the hotel, but because the parking lot was full of people just hanging out like it was a street corner.

No kitchen ware. Two small pillows. No medium size towels. No curtains on the window. TV channels are good! Big microwave! Clean! AC is good! Spacious room! The tub, shower and water is good! I will return to stay and recommend!

Everything I was located in the 2nd Floor and at 4:00am I could hear foot steps in the ceiling from upstairs for at least 1/2hr.. could not sleep with upstairs being so noisy!

Great staff and service. Bed and bedding were a discourage. Poor bedding. Halls were dirty

The pillows in that room were to old and not comfortable. Needed to provide with newer ones.
