Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Buffalo South I-90, NY

Clean and quaint. Beautiful hotel/suites and prices were good. I’d stay here again. Staff were helpful and nice. Great hot breakfast.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff.

Our room was clean and convenient. We were sad the pool wasn’t open but thankful the staff allowed us access to the pool adjacent. Breakfast room was spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable.

First room was shabby and the a/c was not working so they immediately changed our room and what a difference. Room was clean, curtains were hung properly on the windows, bathroom upgraded..obviously first room needs to be renovated and shouldn't be used if they want good reviews. Staff awesome here, very accommodating.

Out dated and run down but served its purpose for the night.

Location was good and breakfast was good My toilet was broke and ran all night couldn’t get maintenance until mood the next day

The room was damp and musty. Floor by the AC was soaking wet and the furniture was damp.

We were very surprised at the poor quality of The Country Inn by Radisson. We normally stay at Hampton Inns and expected the Radisson to be similar. It was not. NO in-room charging outlets, the pillows were as flat as pancakes and the pillow covers looked like they had been rolled into a ball before dressing the pillows. No mirror over the desk/table for doing hair and makup, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. We won’t return to this hotel.

Check-in process was smooth, front desk staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi worked great, strong signal was able to meet a midnight deadline. Loved the outdoor fireplace and rocking chairs. Great choices for breakfast. Felt very comfortable in the surrounding area. Loved the contact-less check out. I wasn't able to switch the A/C to the heat function. However, I got pretty toasty in front of the outdoor fireplace. Slept like a baby.

Super convenient off 90 - great area restaurants including The Ridge - a brewery just up the road with excellent food and reasonable prices on beer. 🍻

dirty floors and missing remote control of TV

I picked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, but when we got there, they were closed for maintenance. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

NOTHING||| DIRTY PLACE !!! FULL OF BEATLES AND SPIDERS, ASKED TO CHANGE MY ROOM TWICE BECAUSE OF DAMAGED WC AND SECOND ROOM FULL OF BEATLES AND SPIDERS! DIRTY PLACE EVER!!! DISGUSTING!!!

It was clean. It was very worn. Curtains were thread born. Pillow cases were worn. The bathtub had deep scratches in it. The door was very difficult to open even after 2 sets of keys. The room had a musty smell.
