Staybridge Suites West Seneca by IHG

THERE MANY TIMES AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED BUT THE PRICE. I WILL LOOK INTO SOMETHING DIFFERENT NEXY TIME. I WILL LOOK INTO OTHER OPIONS NEXT TRIP.

Everything..staff, breakfast and happy hour during the week I thought everything was excellent

Our flight came in late and getting our rental car with buget was a nightmare, but once we got to the hotel everything went smoothly, the girl who checked us in was so polite and even gave us directions to find a place to eat. Thank you! Everything was great, room was clean, staff was polite and helpful, only did breakfast 2 twice and was good. Coffee always available. They had like a happy hour Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday but we were busy with family so we missed it, but great that they did that. Thinking of coming back next year and booking here again. Thank you Staybridge and Staff. Oh, the only thing could be done is air conditioner in room was noisy, but once I fell asleep all was good. Needs to be quieter.

Everyone was super helpful. I traveled with my mom in wheelchair and oxygen. They helped me carry stuff out to my car when I was leaving. I was there for 10 days and they always asked if we needed anything. They even had our two bags of ice ready when they saw us. Highly recommend!!

Cleanliness and breakfast food variety.

Our room was a good size and the kitchenette was useful for the week. Staff was attentive and kind no matter which department you were talking to. I wish we would have made it to the social mixers. They looked like so much fun.

Clean

All staff were amazing and no request was not met without an answer, a fix and a smile. The breakfast was beyond superior and plentiful. This experience was so enjoyable, it will now be our “ go to” when visiting Buffalo.

Early in my visit the desk clerk gladly gave me a bag of ice. Later in my stay a lady clerk sleeping said the ice maker was broken, yet there were buckets of ice being used for the breakfast display.

Exceptional

The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sent someone up to take a look. It was determined it could not be fixed, so they moved us to a different room. The AC in the new room was very noisy, but at least it was cool. Will stay here next time we travel to south Buffalo.

The hotel smelt amazing!!

Superb

Breakfast was delicious and different each day. The room was so comfortable and great for both families that went! Elevator was scary, water was dripping from pipes in the hallway, the paint was chipping in the pool and floating around, and there were lots of areas that needed fixed. The lady making breakfast was a bit standoffish due to some people not knowing how to use a waffle maker.

Very good extended stay location.

Loved the suite. It was a perfect stay for our ladies weekend getaway. Breakfast buffet was one of the cleanest and nicest we've seen. room was spacious and very clean Rate could have been a little more competitive. We chose this for location to our event. Elevator was very scary and we were on the 6th floor

We booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was closed for Maintenance

The stay was great. My bathroom door had a broken hinge and wouldn’t shut at all. I will say everything else was great for my stay.
